Already 96 hours have passed and the withdrawal of my coins and no support promised to withdraw within 24 hours , so I withdrawal not received . What the hell is going on with the exchange ?

Without any reserve, i do not see any security threats about the attitude of this exchange just because they unlock it immediately you send them email or open a support ticket.
They would have done a similar thing against an intruder into your account, i think they should be applauded for that.
