Try to search first your receiving address on doge explorer, if there's no transaction has been sent on that day then there's a serious problem from coinexchange side.
And the only thing you can do is wait until they respond since you're not the only one who encountered the problem.

I'm just doing regular trading on Coinexchange.io and try to transfer my fund to another exchange using DOGE and I ran into problem.
Their website withdrawal page shown as Completed but it never arrived and TX ID is just single digit "2"
Last week I asked them in Twitter and they said I have to raised a ticket so I did.
Now my ticket being processed for a week, no respond and in twitter a lot of peoples has same problem with me someone got TX ID of 1, 2 or 4.
UPDATED : just got all my coins back
