Hi everyone.
I've been trading on this exchange for months and everything was fine until they robbed me .
I have presented all the evidence, but the support is responsible for all the crap to unsubscribe and justify themselves .
Remember that all exchanges have full access to your account and even 2FA will not save you because they just disable it .
coinfalcon.com -Thieves .

Hi Titan60, this is from CoinFalcon support team. We're sorry to hear about what happened, but could you please tell us more about your experience? We'd like to ask you a few questions regarding the funds you said you've lost even with 2FA enabled.

1. When did this happen?
2. Can you provide us with the email you used in your CoinFalcon account?
3. Aside from the 2FA code, every withdrawal request on CoinFalcon requires a withdrawal confirmation from the email associated with your account, so we'd also like to know if 2FA was also enabled in your email account.

For your security, you may email your responses to [email protected]. Moreover, for everyone's reference, you may check this article for our recommendations to keep your CoinFalcon account secure: https://support.coinfalcon.com/en-us/article/securing-your-account-basics-eak1kq/

I have no problem..

It's all better now. It was working fine before so didn't want to have to switch browsers.

Would also be nice if the site could stop logging me out everyday all of a sudden. A lot of other exchanges don't do it, it's not necessary.  It's up to the user to keep their machines secure, if they don't that's their own fault, don't punish us all for it.

Tradesatoshi fee is insane the number one reason a lot of people won't trade there anymore.

Guys, I like your BTC withdrawal fee. 0.00002 BTC! It is in 100 times smaller, than on TradeSatoshi! I trade here for 2-3 weeks and satisfied of your work. And excellent notion with 2 trade windows - to normal orders and quick buying/selling on nearest price.

And your TS is very good - helped me at 3 a.m.

I'm liking this exchange but could you please fix the alphabetizing.  It doesn't sort properly anywhere on the site or the advanced exchange.  That's a huge deal breaker to have to sift through a mess when trying to find coins.

Would also be nice if you could add an option for total asset value in USD.  I'm sure one day I will be on Euros, but at this time I'm not.

Automatic logged out from an anda membership while doing trade. I tried to log in again later. But ı saw ''Your account is locked for security reasons. Please contact the support. ''
I communicated with support. The support team said the account was not locked.I tried again. But same problem.I reported back to support but they did not help. My account is locked and I am waiting. There was 1.25 BTC.

Has anyone had experience with CoinFalcon  Huh
a few weeks of trading on it, it seems everything is fine, even online chat support is. withdraw ETH and tokens - instant, BTC - manual (during the day quite quickly - 30-60 min)

Looks like a scam to me too, I'm afraid. Yesterday traded a litlle there, then decided to withdraw. You wouldn't believe me, they're "processing" ETH and BCC transactions for almost 24 hours now and still nothing. ETH tx for 24 hours... Seriously? And no sign of any unconfirmed transactions in blockchain explorers. Support chat and email just keep silence.

Even if they're not scam, which I sincerely doubt in these circumstances, they are still considered not the most reliable party in my book, that I assure you.

Well, I'll be happy to make a mistake here, so I'll post here, if these withdrawals somehow eventually find a way to me.

UPD. 25.12.17 Support finally answered. Well, they said nothing there wasn't in FAQ, only that I need to wait more, but the answer itself gives me some hope. Let's see what comes next.

UPD2. 26.12.17 Not a scam, everything's fine. Support wrote me today, that devs will check on my case - and after couple of hours everything was done.

What can I say about the exchange? You can do there some nice profit, if you are OK with the delays in withrawal.

I am using coinfalcon.com exchange.
There is 0.25% fee for trading.
Withdrawals fees are usually for BTC 0.0006btc.
But currently there is something going on with withdrawals fees.
If they change fee to 0.0006 than withdrawing takes like 6-12h
If they change fee to pay full TX cost than you end up with withdrawal fee close to 0.004-0.008btc it is 60-120 euro for 1 withdrawing of BTC - and than it works super fast.
Currently it is back to 0.0006btc (10 euro) and i am waiting for like 5h and my withdrawal is in pending state.
They use exactly the same market as GDAX - so i assume they got some agreement to use their market - or they are just passing trades through gdax API.

I did total about 30 trades and never got any issue with trading. Only weak part of this exchange is that they are still trying to tune the withrawal fees to balance cost/price.

Good about this exchange is that you don't need KYC documents becouse they do just crypto ATM. (similar to binance no KYC).
So you can just create account and withing 2min you can start trading.
There is also no withrawal limit. (binance has 2BTC/day)

Generaly I am very pleased.

They do get  2-5min breaks 3-4 times a day. You can notice they are fixing/upgrading stuff.
They got nice working notification system - emails.
2FA - works with google authenticator.

LTC deposits -was tuned up a bit last week, and currently works very smooth and very fast (3 confirmations) and you can nicely see it in gui.
LTC withdrawals - work very fast. (much faster than binance or bittrex)
BTC deposits - very fast.
BTC withdrawals - very slow if they currenlty use 10 euro fee, or very fast if you get adoptive tx fee (ending with 25-160 euro per withdrawal) - kinda annoying.
ETH - works smooth both way -similary smooth to bittrex, but deposit in coinfalcon is much faster.

They get nice gui popup when you are trading to see when your deposits arrive - generaly they got many cool features.

Generaly you can see exchange is not 100% completed and stuff gets modified, upgraded, changed, or tuned - but it is fully functional site.

Glad to see that they have support with chat! - usuall response time in chat is 5min-4h Smiley, but someone does actually talk to you, and tries to help you.

And very nice design. If you like exodus wallet style you will like coinfalcon.com style.

So taking not any fee from users is a temporary service, after you have enough reputation among exchangers then you start charging fee?
Well,i use yobit. Do not know what will make your service differ from yobit to change my mind in future.
For now it is better to move on CoinFalcon

Our license is pending approval at the moment...

Why did you create this thread without first having a license?

How will you pay the programmers, the people who attend the ticket support and other things necessary for the proper functioning of your site if you only will charge the margin trade fee?

What kind of license do you have? I looked at the list of Regulated Financial Institutions in Estonia and couldn't find CoinFalcon.

Hi poordeveloper. Our license is pending approval at the moment, things take a bit in Estonia to get approved. We will have a link to the license on our site once it is ready so you don't have to search for it.

I was searching for a good exchange since I don't have much knowledge about them I did some research and found Poloniex/Yobit and few more, sadly Poloniex was asking for my KYC/photo proof and I am not planning to do big exchanges so didn't care to provide them, are you guys planning to add Stratis/Ripple in the future? will checkout CoinFalcon cheers.

Hi illusioNiZt! We are open to adding any coin given there is enough demand Wink.

Where do you plan to have bank accounts on?

Hi poordeveloper! As mentioned in our first post, we are a Regulated Financial Institution in Estonia, thus that is where our banking partner is located. Thanks for the question!
What about alternative deposit options? Perfect money, AdvCash... Do you plan on accepting any of them?

Hi poordeveloper! In the future, we will explore alternative deposit options but for launch, we will only have SEPA transfers for fiat.

No Free + Exchange == Obvious Scams
Please explain your revenue model if you are choosing to run an exchange as a charity. Those whatever % fees you would take will be equivalent to the transaction fees.

So users not using your margin trading services won't pay fees?

How about deposit and withdrawal fees?

Hi poordeveloper! Correct, we will only be charging a fee to traders who are utilizing the margin trading system. We are still working out what the deposit and withdraw fee will be but it will simply be to cover what we are charged by our banking partner.

So looks like platform is still in development phase, idea of 0% trading fee for forever sound too good to be true. Lets see how you guys have planned to survive with all the running cost you might have to cover each month.  Grin

Hi mobnepal! Yes, that is correct, we are still in the development phase and in the process of getting our license in Estonia. As mentioned earlier, we will be charging a fee for trading on margin.

A suggestion:

Implement multisig wallets so people don't have to trust the exchange. Then I would use it.

Hi twinstarrider72! This is on our roadmap to be implemented, but we won't be launching with it as it is a great deal of work.
