Thanks for bumping this topic and apologies for not realizing you posted 7 months ago with your feedback, we should have received an email whenever someone is posting in this thread but for some reason this did not arrive, so apologies for that.

Your feedback is important, and to relate to several of your points:

1) We are working on a new lottery/sweepstakes section, it has taken longer than expected because we were creating new sites recently (e.g. FreeChain.link and FreeNeo.io), and we felt the need to focus on new sites and rather than have a lottery section. This is our decision and we stand behind it. We are not expecting everyone to like it or not and we are not obligated to bring this thing tomorrow neither - the sites work fine the way they are now with or without a lottery section. Moreover, our new focus at the moment is to translate our sites to more users who don't speak English properly - again, this is what we prefer to do. For us the lottery section has less priority than these goals - as business owners it's done within our sole discretion.

FreeDoge.co.in provided everything you asked for in your post from February 2020 and it didn't work out - we are learning from their mistakes and this should be well enough to answer most of your points in that February post. (which again we do apologize for the delay)

3) Instant payouts are built in the site, many members get their withdrawals paid instantly - this is just a screenshot from today, and there were many more withdrawals made today besides what you see in this screenshot:



0 faults, all these withdrawals were processed smoothly.

If a member is trying to cheat - you can be sure we have systems in place to protect ourselves as well as our thousands of good users to ensure things will keep on being stable.

Once again - you should refer yourself to clause #2 above and read it several times, it should answer all your questions.

4) You mentioned in your post in February the value of the roll is too low - since then we have doubled that value of the low prize, so it is now paying 2x times more than what it used to be - so this point is also addressed by now.

5) You mentioned popups in your February's post - just to iterate - as a rule of thumb - we have NO popups whatsoever in our sites, we tried these in the past and we are 100% against this. It disturbs the user experience and we tried to ensure the amount of ads is reasonable and we haven't had complaints about this for quite a while simply because things are very much normal now.

6) Lastly, your very first point in your post which is extremely subjective "i feel bad to discover that you prefer to insult and say bye bye to users" - this is wrong, as a business our goal is to grow and have as many users as possible - but if cheaters or scammers or owners of competitor sites come to our thread specifically (e.g. you only have 2 posts and they were only made in our thread which already makes things suspicious considering you joined in Feb 2020 but let's give you the benefit of the doubt) - we would reply appropriately and accordingly in the way we should reply, and there would be no discounts.

If any user never got paid from our site despite contacting us about it - by all means raise a scam accusation against our site - we would be happy to address such a claim but at the moment our site has been live for almost 3 years now - and we got 0 complaints of this kind.

Any other attempt to twist things - once again - refer to clause #2 above.

So...

Hello I´m a user of CoinFaucet.io, Freebitcoin.io and freecardano.com (i don´t use the other coins), but after reading all of this topic i feel bad to discover that you prefer to insult and say bye bye to users that criticize your site and call them bad fait users and guarantee to the "normal" users that you would improve with the time. Well i´m using it for 4 months and i don´t think is very improved... let´s see:

-The biggest problem that was discussed here was the value of the roll being too low. For some reason it reached here the comparasion with freebitcoin.in and and the admins off CoinFaucet counter attack with the fact of the value of freedoge.in having the same admin but way lower Roll too.

-The other thing that is already stated is that is not possible to hit more than the 2nd/3rd levels Rolls. Also, alot of problems of the users against pop ups and redirects.

Besides the bad reactions of the admins towards some of the users commenting here; the points made by CoinFaucet on that regard was to see it being ok because they pay out instantly independent of being direct wallet or not.
The minimum withdrawal is 1 XRP which is extremely a small amount and  it's all transparent.
50% referral commission with no bugs or problems.
Also they compare themselves with other sites that stay without funds very quick and load they faucets with popups in counter, Coinfaucet (and his other family sites) are quite comfortable for the user without popups.
They finish by saying that they are just getting started and growing and promiss Lottery section and Mobile APP what would make the users win more.


So after accomplish almost 5 months of using those 3 faucets of the family (Cardano, BTC and XRP) these are my reviews:

1 - Well, i come from the future and yeah you didn´t stay with your word of adding lottery or mobile app (even if i think is not necesserary because i don´t see how that would make us win more money...)

2 - About being comfortable using your faucet... Yeah... Even if you don´t use Pop ups is kind of anoying wasting almost 5 minutes each time we are going to use your faucet because of bugs like infinite rolls, frozen rolls or infinite wall of the pop up "please refresh the page to prove that you´re not a robot" over and over again. Also, about the shortlinks we need to remember the hour that i used them to 24 hours later i can use it again... what about me using today at 9:30PM but tomorrow i only can at 9:30 AM but i can´t... Why not doing like other faucets do and insert an hour (00:00) that resets all shortlinks that would give credibility to the fact of the shortlinks only being used 1 time daily.

3- All other things i think is the same subject divided in other smaller subjects so i will subdivide, the roll is really low and i´m here to explain why:

You compared yourselfs with freedoge.in to explain your low rolls... well the history talks for itself. That domain is closed. But why we are comparing different coins? Why don´t we compare with the common coin, BTC. Their btc faucet is in this moment giving 19 satoshi hourly, you´re giving 1 satoshi hourly... 1 week ago they were giving 28 and you were giving 2... And once again they don´t block you with the "Please refresh to prove that you´re not a robot" annoying wall for more than 1 hour (in fact they don´t put that at all!!). After this you just say... "yeah but we have an awesome referall system!", well... i only like to refer good things to other people and i would convince someone to "Hey, i know that you have faucets winning AT VERY LEAST 5 satoshi hourly with the biggest (freebitco.in being 20 but i really want to present you one awesome that you can win less than 5x what you already win in your faucet! But hey! If somehow you convince 20 persons to win less you can win 0.01€ day is awesom!!" Is this?    

About you doing instant payouts... i just can´t say!! Because in almost 5 months doing at least 10 (less latly thanks to that awesom refresh thing) Rolls day (+ shortlinks not all days thanks to that awesome 24 hours instead of daily resets and refresh to prove not robot or something + twitter promos) i still couldn´t have 1 XRP (less than 0.50€) in coinfaucet, in freebitcoins i need 20000 satoshi (less than 1,50€) to withdraw but the rolls give 2 satoshi and now 1..., in cardano i actually already have at least 1 cardano (don´t know why the fee costs more than 1 day making rolls but okay!) but the problem is that all the wallets that i use only accept the minimum of 10 cardano... But the last messages in your tweeter of people getting messages that they don´t receive their payments does not co-exist well with your proud in saying that you pay instantly :/

Overall this faucets is just exausting and i really want to have the minimum withdraw value to just give up (what do you think 1 year from now?).

as stated below FreeDoge.co.in is using reCaptcha and Solvemedia but the most important it gives an opportunity to choice. many users face the problem with reCaptcha. I know it because have discussions on forums. And I talked to admins of several projects that used only reCaptcha. after my words they agreed to add Solvemedia as another option.

and it's not so difficult technically to add option to choose between reCaptcha and Solvemedia. this will make your site more attractive to users.

I agree with user above about captcha. Recaptcha sometimes is too difficult to solve and I have to skip these faucets which are using Recaptcha. And to be correct, Freedoge.co.in have Recaptcha and SolveMedia integrated and users can choose their prefered captcha. I think having both captchas integrated would be great. It's only advice from user perspective and offcourse, you should do what you think is best for your business.

We are considering that option, but please appreciate FreeDoge.co.in is using reCaptcha as well and it doesn't hurt the site itself.
So far the amount of requests to change the reCaptcha have been very minimal, and businesses should follow what the majority of their customers want if they cannot serve all wishes (e.g. Binance stopped taking new registrations but they have many customers who pledge and ask them to allow them in - so that means they have to listen to them?!)

why did you add google recaptcha on logging? it works awfully. add another option like solvemedia.

We give out every hour $0.0003 worth of Ripple, so you would need to actually press the ROLL button 3,333 times to get $1.00 worth of Ripple or around 833 times to get 1 XRP ($0.25 value as of today). This is assuming you don't use referrals at all, and if you are an individual without any referrals then you can add it to your portfolio, just open many faucet tabs and click in the account to get some XRP. If it goes up in value (and many believe it would) then it's additional bonus as well.

We definitely don't keep "more than 80% of the profits" as you claim, our margin is much smaller than that and is no where near this number.

To earn 1 ripple (0.00002837 btc) you gotta claim 862 times. Thats 862 hours!  

Owner can earn 1$+ per 1000 views (0.00010000 btc). With the amount of advertisments owner put on this site, he KEEP more than 80% of the profit. To make 862 rolls you will generate at least 3000 views for owner. Owner will generate over 30000 satoshis and pay you only 2800 satoshis.

ETH or Dash are good ones as well, no doubt of that, but we preferred Ripple in this case and we are happy with this choice.

1) Yes, that's right, but we are offering instant payouts, literally, they arrive instantly in your Ripple wallet - you can convert them to BTC if you wish (via reliable sites such as Changelly), many other faucets offer payouts within 48 hours, they have to go through it manually - so for now that's part of the "costs" we took into calculation - but keep in mind we are running promos where we temporarily increase the payouts as well (that's why we advise users to follow us on Twitter for such updates as well).

2) Yes, that's a valid point - we spotted several problematic ads and already contacted the providers - and will switch them as well if necessary, for now we're waiting for the provider to make some changes but we do appreciate such feedback.

Interesting. I'm going to try it. Just few my first impressions:
1) Reward is a bit too low for a hourly faucet. Mostly faucets paying at least $0.0005-$0.001. But I understand that you need to check how much revenue from ads you will get and then change rewards based on your revenue.
2) You said that your faucet without too many aggressive ads, but first popup which I got was infected with malware and my antivirus warned about. Offcourse, I understand that you can't control content of ads.
I see that you are offering high 50% ref commision. That's great! Will try to refer some people after testing your faucet.

We have started a new Ripple (XRP) wallet during the middle of October 2017, about over a month ago and so far it's been going quite well.

The reason we mention who we are is because it's important for us to establish trust, and we are not some newbies in the forum or some online shady organization that have just started a faucet with an intention to cheat our members. We love paying our members and that's what we've been doing for so long, but we are aware of the high dynamism around Crypto currencies, which is why we started our own Ripple faucet.

Why Ripple?
Because it's very cheap to send transactions with Ripple and they are instantaneous.

How does it work?
The site itself pays - a minimum of - $0.0003 in value of XRP every hour, we have intentions of raising it at least during weekends or other times as promotions for our loyal members.
The site makes money only from ads, we do not ask anyone to deposit money in the site and this is not possible neither (at least not at this stage).
