Eyeboot still showing that the order is cancelled on their website, hopefully they resolve and ship it today/tomorrow.
Well speak of the devil, just got an automated e-mail from Eyeboot saying my order has been updated.
I wish I was making this up but now it shows the order is in processing with my billing address being correct but they changed the shipping address to a completely different name and address. I sent an immediate e-mail alerting them to this error.
It looks like they created a new order since my original one was cancelled, the 2nd order shows up under my account and they've entered a completely different customers information into the shipping detail line.
I called the phone number today for Eyeboot that's listed for USA on their website and it just rings a bunch then hangs up.
Back to waiting lol
Edit: about 24 hours later Eyeboot responded via e-mail indicating that they would update the shipping address, it appears they added note to my order with correct shipping address but the invoice still shows another person so hopefully it get shipped to right place when time comes
did the story have a happy ending?
