Hello, We are registered in Albania as it says on our website and we do have legal permission in the country to operate and a contract with Moonpay (if you made a transaction you would be able to see that, as do other exchanges) and also the coins purchased are sent directly to the buyers' wallets we do not hold anyone's funds.

Thanks!

Regarding the Moonpay plagiarism, we are powered and supported by Moonpay and we have their consent to be using it.

Would you agree to be labelled as a scammer if Moonpay did not give you permission to copy their site?

I've never heard of a company allowing someone else to take credit for their design.

Bad start...

but we (my brother and I) started this business because we were stuck in Chile for 4 months and followed our secret dream to enter the crypto market and we are not 'tech savvy' people yet,

Bad finish. You have no business running a hobby with other people's coin.

Thanks for the reply and feedback. Regarding the Moonpay plagiarism, we are powered and supported by Moonpay and we have their consent to be using it. And for the features we are going with what's already out there in the market as we are not trying to re-invent the wheel since we are a start-up.

But we will look into improvements, we do appreciate the feedback.

since you are running a crypto exchange here, may i know if you have the license to operate as crypto exchange and what jurisdiction are you under? it says that you are under the Gold Coin SHPK, based from your site. But is this a registered company and where?
also, as you are collecting info from your users, may we know who are behind this exchange? hope you published real faces and identities here as you are just building trust from crypto users.

So are you supported and powered by Coinmama or do you have permission from them that enables you to publish their content?
A lot of the content you did not create by yourself, the site needs a lot of development, the interface of research and exchange is slow, in short, creating a platform requires paying a lot of money in development and it is not like a forum.

critical feedback if anyone would like to give.
anyone buying off of our site can also be covered as we are a legitimate business and not trying to rob/steal/scam people.
You should start by having original content as opposed to stealing such things from other platforms:

"My brother and I," it is not a phrase someone wants to hear about using your site, it contains two unknown parties and a few commitments from you.

Add some personal information about you, commercial licenses or a work site so that the person can sue you in court if any problem arises.
What is the feature of the platform that makes you confident using it? I mean, there are thousands of ways to buy bitcoin.

Thanks for your reply LeGaulois I really appreciate your reply. For the USD and SEPA thing.. we accept multiple ways of payments and multiple currencies. For your second point, yes you are right about the KYC.... but we (my brother and I) started this business because we were stuck in Chile for 4 months and followed our secret dream to enter the crypto market and we are not 'tech savvy' people yet, but we are enthusiasts and we are trying to learn and hope good people like you can help us understand the crypto business, thus speaking, the KYC is there as we are trying to make sure we stay legit and anyone buying off of our site can also be covered as we are a legitimate business and not trying to rob/steal/scam people.

We also appreciate you reminding us about the competition.... as honestly we need to get kicked in the head and be told to step it up!

Much appreciated LeGaulois!
I hope you read my reply. Good night.

The widget on the homepage displays USD only but just below I see SEPA mentioned. It's a bit confusing since SEPA is for EUR.

An important drawback is the need to be verified and send to you the user's ID. You will really need to gain the trust of the users because the competition is very fierce. If it's about the KYC, there are plenty of websites around

Something I noticed, and I don't know if it's about me, but there is no scrollbar displayed and on some pages like the Terms of use and the Privacy policy it's really needed otherwise some people may not be able to read fully the page.

Good luck with your service
