For example, let's take the Binance exchange, spot, USDT. 380 pairs. The time is now 04.47.15 We see which of the 380 pairs have risen or fallen
the most in the last 5 minutes, starting from 04.42.15 And in second we compare the prices with what was on 04.42.16.
Why and who needs it? This feature is useful for active scalpers who want to see tokens that are starting to rise or fall quickly right now. And enter
a trade in the direction of the movement.

You can check coingecko it is similar to coinmarketcap or better still exchanges can give you what you want as they have a tab where you see highest gainers or losers too, you can check them out
coingecko only shows growth in last hour too
As far as I know there is no site which shows growth for such a short period of time. However you can utilize (free) Coingecko API to write an own small tool which provides you with that information. You basically don't need programming skills, just use it with Microsoft Excel oder Google Spreadsheet.
Coinmarketcap shows top gainers and losers within the last hour, but nothing shorter than that. You can check it out here - https://coinmarketcap.com/gainers-losers/

True, you're right. agree.If OP wants to see data on all altcoins and their recent changes, both CoinMarketCap (CMC) and CoinGecko is useful platforms that provide real-time information on all alcoins. Even if the OP wants to see details for 5-15 minutes, for example, this will take time because this can only be seen using the chatview of each token I believe it's same on coingecko as well.

Because while Coinmarketcap and Coingecko show the same growth notifications with 1 hour instead of the 15 minutes you'd expect, these sites are more widely used than others.I don't know which site you want to be notified by in a short time, you can google it maybe?
The CoinMarketcap alternative that I use is Coingolive which is good for ATH price calculation and Coingecko but none of these websites provide data for 5-15 minutes market price.

I think the time frame mentioned by OP is the problem because all the cryptocurrency data aggregator websites I have seen so far provide last-hour price information, not 5-15 minutes unless the OP is going to check the 5-15 minutes price through the crypto data aggregator website price chart.I believe it's same on coingecko as well.

Nothing to worry about, it's a small issue to handle in the space. No much stress, just calm down and ensure you're on the right track. There are many crypto related websites that you will find what you're looking for. Coinmarketcap is the number site that comes to the mind when involves crypto. Altcoins are numerous, we just have choices to make and ensure to choose crypto projects that yield profits.

once you buy the dip then you are going to be following the crypto your bought into on proper charts..
but to find the best crypto to buy, you should look for the ones that are dropping
as for only looking at the last 5 to 15 minutes wont help you find the markets that have dipped down to good value.
nor would ones only showing the last 2 hours-7days
your best bet are the coins at their 6 month low or no where near their market cycles ATH
