So that's why the OP was so enthusiastic...

Yup. If they get caught doing it on Reddit, it's a shadowban-able offense.

I agree on the exchange rate "Scam". I went to purchase BTC and saw the market at 221 USD/BTC. Went to coin.MX and used simple mode to purchase some BTC. They charged me a rate of 250 USD/BTC.

If you click simple mode, they blow out the rates and scalp you for about 10% edge over(buying)/under(selling) actual market BTC value. When you click back to trading mode, the spreads magically go down to the normal market spread (they assume traders would quickly catch this).

I conclude "simple mode" is a scam designed to trick less experienced users into paying overs for BTC. I complained to coin.mx and the rep had no answer/bs answers. I asked for a refund of the difference in rates between simple and advanced mode and they said accounting would get back to me. Several hours later, no response, so I contacted my card company, disputed the transaction, and got the entire thing charged back.

1. their exchange rate is always much lower than other exchanges.
2. you cannot deposit with debit card(much lower fee). instead you have to deposit as credit card(7.5% fee)
3. ach is the only method you can deposit with in low fees, but to get verified you have to be a dumbass who has their information floating around in online databases. if you've been smart enough to protect your identity online you cannot get verified.
4. i received .15 btc for a $45 deposit. that's $8 in fee's. and absolutely unacceptable.

Understandable. Thanks for your post and your review! I like the site when I'm feeling lazy and want to do credit or debit card deposits and they actually explained the issue regarding debit cards. Apparently it's only for pinless debit cards which may be just a European thing or something?

I noticed that about the ach thing as well. I couldn't use it since I couldn't get my information fully verified. Very strange. Just a good exchanger to use for credit card deposits in my opinion.

I was fine paying the 7.5% fee, but the fact they take another 7.5% with the exchange rate just screams scam. so, i lost $4 to fees, then another $4 to their exchange rate being lower than all others

https://coin.mx

I can't say enough good things about this site! They allow credit/debit card deposits with a very easy verification process if you choose to use that method along with an ach deposit and wire transfer option. I think their cash deposit option is currently unavailable. I also believe they have 24/7 LIVE support as well as they always to seem to be on when I'm on which is all the time!

I am very impatient and rude to them most of the time but they are friendly and answer my questions and resolve my concerns the same day or sooner! I'm not sure if anyone else uses them but feel free to leave your review if you have. Positive or negative feedback on the site is welcome here!

I've done thousands of dollars in transactions with this company and have as a result earned higher deposits with my credit/debit card and lower fees. The total fee for me is around 8% with a credit or debit card. Damn good, right? I know! Check it out now if you want!
