Hi,

We are sorry to hear the support ticket process has been frustrating for you. We have tried to automate the process as much as possible to give users answers as quickly as possible for the most commonly asked questions.

Please ensure you have properly submitted a support ticket so we can get to the bottom of the issue, as we don't monitor the forums very frequently.

Please ensure you go through both steps of the support ticket process while logged in to your CoinPayments account:
•   Step 1 - Go through the support wizard here: https://www.coinpayments.net/supwiz
o At the end of the wizard you will be provided with a support code that is valid for 1hr and a link to create a support ticket on FreshDesk
•   Step 2 - Open a support ticket on Fresh Desk using the support code provided in Step 1.
o We usually answer tickets within 24hrs.

Thank you,

CoinPayments Team
You should check forum complaints once in a while. Checking out this thread it is already 8 months since from the last reply and now you have answered and check it out this December.
It would be understandable if there are some delays on support a few days but on 8 months? Then you should changed that.

It's really frustrating about the support system of online businesses.
IMO, only 5% or less of online businesses are serious about their business and rest is just careless.

"You opened a business but you don't respond to your customers when they need you the most", does it make any sense Huh  Roll Eyes It doesn't make any sense to me at least.

Coinpayments is not a scam, I haven't seen any complaints yet, then why the hell they are spoiling their business with their own hand? It's also doesn't make any sense to me at least.

I sent a message to Lauda, let's see if that goes through, as there doesn't seem to be any other feasible way and other than coinpayments and coingate there isn't much of an alternative at the moment Sad

Hello,

Does anybody has any idea how to contact coinpayments.net by e-mail or other means? We are using coinpayments as a payment gateway, but their support system doesn't really exist. I have tried to contact them on several occasions, but there is always some bot closing my tickets automatically. I tried looking everywhere for their e-mail, or any other means of contact, but they are simply well hidden. I found a member of their team - MrData on the forum, but cannot message him/her either, as he/she does not accept messages from newbies on the forum.

It's a complete nightmare to try and get support from coinpayments.net
I'm opening this thread in the hopes that somebody from coinpayments will contact me back!

Coinpayments' twitter is https://twitter.com/CoinPaymentsNET. However, they say on their twitter that you should only direct all support messages through the support system here: https://www.coinpayments.net/help-support.

Looking at the replies on their posts, I do see a large number of complaints about their support not actually responding to requests and simply ignoring their users. Your case seems similar.

I agree with the others, try contacting Lauda since he/she is probably in contact with one of the managers of the site.

Based on the reviews, I think it's definitely not a good idea to use them as a payment gateway at least for now, since their issues with support seem to be seriously affecting their trustworthiness.

You can also contact the thread owner of this thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-coinpaymentsnet-new-look-new-features-new-blog-1000025
And I think both who posted in that thread are staff of coinpayments.net
Please double check if that person or any person who will you refer is still active on this forum or not.

--snip--

If someone with a higher level could contact MrData regarding this thread it would be great, otherwise we have no other choice but to abandon coinpayments, due to effective lack of support. Otherwise their service seems quite nice, but the missing support is a serious obstacle to doing any normal business with them.
Like I mentioned please try to ask Lauda if she has contact to the owner and I guess she will try to help. I posted her profile above.

I tried to contact them via all official means, including their support tickets several times. There is a bot, that just closes the tickets automatically. So far I tried opening 5 tickets and all of them got closed.

The latest problem I have is that there is a customer who claims to have paid and gives me a tx id. I try to submit a ticket regarding a payment that is not showing at all in the dashboard, and of course the bot closes the ticket automatically, because it can't recognize the transaction id, which is normal, because it is not on their system. i tried to submit a ticket on customer's behalf and again the bot is not recognizing the transaction and doesn't even let me post a ticket. Whatever I try the bot simply closes all my tickets after a few minutes. I could show you screenshots of all that. It is extremely frustrating.

What is their bot saying when they close their topic ??

And I think they didn't ignore your post maybe there are many complaints by their customers that is why they are still not response to your ticket.
There are many threads here that they said they scammed by coinpayments and I think they already solve the issue.

At OP, not that it seems to be extremely active, but you might also link your issue and mention it in their official thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=276455.360

Bots closing support tickets don't sound very good, you sure that's what's happening?

Also checked out the signature campaign run by Lauda. Don't think he'd be inclined to contact them for your issue... start something like that and he'd set precedent for others. Pretty sure he'd alert them that there were unhappy users though, you don't seem to be only one judging from posts in their official thread.

Would be a shame if they go down this track. I quite like them.

I know someone on this forum who have a direct contact to the owner of coinpayment if I'm not mistaken its Lauda, since she managed their signature campaign. Here's her profile https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/lauda-101872

But try to contact all means posted above.
Lauda is managing their signature campaign shouldn't be directly affiliated with the service. What I mean is,if it's a technical support sort of question, only coinpayments team member can give them a full closure instead of Lauda.Having said that, contacting Lauda will be a good way to first step if every other mentioned means doesn't work out.

MrData was seen online yesterday but his last post was on January 25,2018.
Their slack contact is here: https://coinpaymentsnet.slack.com/
Did you contact them here?: https://www.coinpayments.net/supwiz-wallet
Their twitter is here: https://twitter.com/CoinPaymentsNET ; but like AdolfinWolf said, good luck with them contacting you back.
Can newbies with copper membership message anyone who has blocked PMs from newbies?

You could try their twitter, although it is really doubtful that you will get a response there, since they explicitely state that you'll need to go here, https://www.coinpayments.net/supwiz

What exactly do you need support for that isn't listed there?

Have you tried opening a ticket through there?
