Can't extract coin.
Most of those who do such posts are people who used the service before reading the terms of use then faced a problem and did not receive an answer from technical support to their questions.
Perhaps the platform responded or get its currencies.
It is good that the title of this topic did not speak that Coinpayments.net is a scam site.

It looks like you don't have enough evidence to accuse one of the websites of doing something that harms you.
Bug, professional in acting something that you think is wrong, everything can be overcome if you provide something that interests us.

I have used coinpayment and still now I had not faced any issue with them. We don't know the problem of OP since he have not mentioned anything details, so we are not able to help you about resolve your issue. I am suspecting OP talking about CPS coin whis was given as airdrop. I think OP unable to withdraw CPS. OP please add more details about your issue so we could suggest something.

WTF!  Angry I use this processor for years to pay my bills for the servers etc... I never had any problem with them. Seems you are just a retard who don't know how to use Bitcoin and blaming a company for this.

Can't extract coin.

If you actually want people here to help you, then you might want to give us more information. What was the problem specifically? Are you unable to withdraw your funds? What's the error/reasoning on Coinpayments' side?
