They should be able to tell you exactly what terms and conditions you breached not just coming up with a vague message.
Agreed, and I think this is were most casions/sportsbooks miss it, communicate with your client by being transparent  and where the player went wrong ...instead of dishing out generalized messages which make these guys look like they are just after the players money and no interest in the stay of the player.

Hope wr start to see personalized replies and not these template kind of replies which we see year in year out.

But if so then it seems a win situation for people who wants to abuse casino and sportsbook. They deposit, manipulate and fail to withdraw. They come here, complain, get the deposit back. But they are safe until they are unnoticed.
Gaming the system will never get you through such platforms that have the safe guards to protect their interest and using the public to your advantage .

And those other cases of other sportsbooks banning the user don't sit well with this case because being banned by ~5 different companies is one too many and could suggest same gaming strategy...

Do i have to prove i'm innocent or does the casino have to prove i'm guilty? And please search for yourself, every good sportsbettor gets limited in all the casinos except pinnacle.
Casinos are becoming very strict now and harassing their customers when they find something suspicious. Which is really becoming a worry for gamblers now. Many casinos now resort to blocking gamblers' accounts without any prior notice. Which is really scary situation. Because every time the casinos target the gamblers, they write their one-sided charges, which makes it difficult to understand who is guilty and who is innocent.
That's why it's important to research first which casino is the best to serve its users well, I followed this thread and didn't look for right and wrong it's back to judging each one, so I'm not going to side with anyone but this will be a lesson for all of us not to play unfairly as alleged by the casino or to play at a casino that cheats also takes user money in a dirty way and for many reasons that make no sense and are not transparent.

But back to gamblers where they should be playing, don't be tempted by bonuses and appearances especially just because you see a campaign on this forum to make sure that the casino is safe, look for casinos that are truly trusted on this forum and also have positive feedback from the community, play casino safely and without any disappointing cases like this and that many in this forum.

Gamblers are as serious about finding bonuses as they are not interested in researching whether the casino is trustworthy or not. Many times they don't even think twice to create multiple accounts in order to get more offers and bonuses of any casino. So they violate the casino's policy by creating multiple accounts, and as a result they face various problems.

So the gamblers have to be more careful in choosing the casino, because all the casinos keep marketing that their casino is the best, to attract the gamblers.

If Casino Guru doesn't handle sports betting-related complaints, take your evidence and submit it to a different service with mediators. cicadasTR already mentioned some alternatives. Besides those, there is also GambleScope.
No neutral third-party (especially a DT member) can support your flag because it hasn't been proven that the casino has cheated you. If a 3rd-party mediator proves you didn't do anything wrong, that can change.

It looks like the mediator (Casino-Guru) can't help me because it's a sportsbook related issue.

https://casinoguru-en.com/coinplay-casino-the-player-s-account-got-blocked

As you may see, even to the mediator they decided to not give out what rules i broke, so yes, it looks like i won't see the balance i earned back.

So more people won't commit the same mistake as i did (deposit in this website) i decide to raise a flag, if you feel like i have been wrongfully banned, or at least, not given a concrete reason for a ban, i would appreacite your support.

The flag: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=3129

Askgamblers, The Pogg or Casinomeister will take the case, they don't have that casino only rule. Don't give up yet.

You claim to be one so prove it, there is an allegation of cheating from a cheater so Coinplay need not show proof  Cheesy
It doesn't work like that. In no normal country or venture can it be enough to point the finger at someone and say he did me wrong and that's all that needs to be done. Maybe in North Korea if you didn't applaud your dictator or in Iran if you are a woman not wearing her head scarf.

But I understand what you were trying to say with this:

I can invite a guy here who knows nothing about gambling only logic and common sense to read the topic and they can conclude that you have to prove that you are not a cheater on this one when you have a long list of casinos where you got ban or limited for alleged cheating, I think you're missing Coin_play post here, they can easily verify you as breaking their rules because you have a history of that.
It's like with ex cons. A criminal remains a criminal long after serving his prison sentence. It follows him in his social interactions or when he tries to get a job. If you were imprisoned for robbery and something big goes missing in your vicinity, guess who the police will come talk to and ask where you were at the time of the robbery?

I am not comparing OP to a criminal and ex con. I am just saying your history and actions follow you around.

Unfortunately, you should, because the casino's defense is they cannot show how their security works so they can only show your violation, so the burden is on you if you cannot then it's your words against their words scenario unfortunately again Coinplay laid out your character in their post

And how can i prove i'm legit? Please enlight me. Grin Grin

they will only present your past actions on casino.guru and the burden will be on you that you are not cheating this time.

I think you don't have any knowledge about sportsbetting, it's impossible to prove that i'm legit, they are the ones who can prove i cheated. I don't know why you comment here if you don't understand the topic in question.

This is my last post here go ahead and ask a third party to mediate and I wish you success I only show you what will lie ahead and that is they will make reference to your character on past casinos you've played.

What I was getting at is, no offence, but you're not good enough to get limited so how can you pass judgement. Though it's not just you. On this forum, limited means must have cheated. In reality, you get limited for consistently winning.
Fair enough. To add to my previous statement. When I was younger (and this was before crypto gambling became a thing), I had long periods of playing with 3 digit wagers (almost daily) on multiple online fiat casinos. Mostly on odds of 1.70 and above. I wouldn't call myself extremely successful, but there were fruitful months. Never once was I limited, banned, or investigated by any bookies. My priorities are a bit different now so I don't do that anymore.

If bachezy didn't do anything wrong and got wrongfully accused and had his money confiscated, he should continue fighting with a mediator and post the verdict here that proves that Coinplay was in the wrong. That's it. If no 3rd-party agrees with him or accepts to take his case, many will see it as case closed.

I'm currently in talks with casino-guru, we should reach a verdict soon and i will update everyone here.

Yeah, it wasn't a dig, and you seem more even keeled than most on this section. Just that the rules for people who play for fun, and the small percentage that do it seriously are so far apart, you'd have to see it to believe it; some books will openly say they don't want sharp action like aforementioned Betnomi and a few others. Which is mad but there you go.

Pmalek, and bitcoingirlclub I guess, do you bet with real money, not bonuses? Are you up or down overall lifetime?
I don't play casino games and since most bonuses revolve around casino games, I don't use them. I bet on sports from time to time when I see a good offer that I believe can work in my favor. Sometimes it does, other times it doesn't. Betting isn't my profession and I don't look at it as a job so I can't give you any numbers. I don't always bet online and do some betting in my local betting shops. No names, no digital proof, no tracking, and no historical records to check. Even if I had such stats, I see no reason why I would talk about it publicly with unknown internet users.

What I was getting at is, no offence, but you're not good enough to get limited so how can you pass judgement. Though it's not just you. On this forum, limited means must have cheated. In reality, you get limited for consistently winning. Or betting high odds and winning. You can get limited by losing, but beating the closing line. Betnomi even call this cheating. Basically showing any sort of ability or brains can get you limited.

And like bachezy said, the little shitbooks do it quicker, because their risk ceiling is low and their liquidity is limited. A Curacao license is cheap, less than 30k, with no minimum starting bankroll. It's also why most of them end up in this section.

Deposit back only is a freeroll for Coinplay, that ain't right.

Is bachezy really that good and he is winning in all the casinos where he got limited or he is violating the terms of the casinos where he got limited, I don't have the pieces of evidence of all the other casinos but if he is proven to cheat on one then he could be cheating on all and if he can prove that he got limited from winning then he has a case that he is indeed good and these casinos don't want him on their platform, so bachezy can you show that you have a case and prove that these casinos are wrong in limiting you.

So did you get the deposit back or not? This is the important part most of the people in this thread want to see.

I did get my deposit but who cares? the deposit is 7% of the money i earned on the site. It's an easy business for them if they only accept losing customers and return the deposit every time they encounter a winner

I don't see any mention of letting the OP to withdraw the deposit. Where am I missed?
OP confirmed they can in the OP.
You can withdraw the deposited sum only."

And the casino representative confirmed it in their reply to the player:
You can withdraw the deposited sum only.

So they're in fact ruling this in his favor due to the following :

due to you not complying with these Terms, we may cancel and/or void any of your bets and withhold any money in your account (including the deposit) (General Terms and Rules 6.6)

If according to the rules they're allowed to take his deposit but choose to return it, it should close the case and this thread.

This is the usual copy pasta when you can't provide proof, just like 1xbit, i'm the first one being scammed the more people will appear with this problem soon and i'm pretty sure of that.

So did you get the deposit back or not? This is the important part most of the people in this thread want to see.

honestly, this shouldnt surprise any of the members that actually have been around betting for a while/are winners. coinplay is exactly the same as 1xbit (a proven scam website ON THIS FORUM) and their only defense against user complaints are ToS violation/suspicious activity & apparently they have come up with a new one "look at other complaints they have made on the forum". i dont see how there are people defending them still (?), they literally cannot provide proof of anything, so why should you take their word over the guy submitting the complaint with live chat interactions, email screenshots, etc?

Hello dear forum members.

We would like to clarify the situation regarding bachezy.

His post history is available to all forum members, so you can check what he posted here.

He got blocked on BTC365.
Here he was limited to betnomy.
Here he was blocked on betcoin.
Nolimit365
OLE777
And so on, you can check for yourself.

Why is this happening? Is bachezy so unlucky that he is limited and blocked everywhere, or does he perform some suspicious actions and violate the rules of many sites?

Why don't the sites give details about why the account was blocked? Probably, in order to not provide players who break the rules and play dishonestly more information?
With which they will be able to continue their fraudulent activity.

And according to this logic, our support and security service gave such an answer, which bachezy showed on the screenshots.

Why do players like bachezy write complaints everywhere? Hopping that the brands, worrying about their reputation, will still give him the dishonestly earned winnings.
But more often brands don't do that because it encourages other players to break the rules as well and gives them a scheme of how to get their unfair winnings - just start to complain everywhere.

This message is to forum members, not to bachezy.

Every good sportsbetter gets limited on this low ends casino, few of them decide to scam them since you can't take a loss.
I have no problem what so ever with betnomi, i got my stakes reduced i didn't get scammed.
Both problems were fixed in BTC365 and BETCOIN.
Ole777 is a proven scam.
Nolimit was a bonus problem, I never used the site again.

I didn't violate any rules, and you for sure know that, please provide proof.

I complain so others players don't commit the same errors as i did and to stop casinos having this behavior towards the players.

So we can now conclude that bachezy is a cheater considering that he was banned from 5 casinos, this is not a good track record for a complainant he should change his way and read the terms of service and always follow them, he already lose money and will still lose money if he keeps breaking casinos terms of service, you're still lucky that they allow you to withdraw your deposit.
If you open a new complaint people will treat you as a boy who cries wolf.

You obviously have 0 experience of winning in sportsbook, otherwise you wouldn't say that

Message to bachezy.

I don't see any mention of letting the OP to withdraw the deposit. Where am I missed?
OP confirmed they can in the OP.
You can withdraw the deposited sum only."

And the casino representative confirmed it in their reply to the player:
You can withdraw the deposited sum only.

Although it's not clear to me what exactly the player did wrong (looks like that was the casino reps intention to not provide too many details), the fact that he is banned or limited on multiple other platforms makes me not want to trust OP. If he believes he was treated unfairly, he should get a mediator involved and see what they say.

Having been banned/limited on casinos 1, 2, 3... doesn't mean he should be on casino 4 as well, but I am starting to see a pattern.

you're still lucky that they allow you to withdraw your deposit.
I don't see any mention of letting the OP to withdraw the deposit. Where am I missed?

But if so then it seems a win situation for people who wants to abuse casino and sportsbook. They deposit, manipulate and fail to withdraw. They come here, complain, get the deposit back. But they are safe until they are unnoticed.

Betnomi is another kettle of fish. Limits are part of being a winning gambler, which is why most don't encounter them Smiley
Sometimes it becomes obvious that players are abusing the system. Betnomi and other casinos worked hard to build a reputation for their business. They deserve a benefit of doubt.

I worded that carefully to not disrupt someone else's thread. If you want to talk about why you're wrong, we can on mine.

Did you read through the threads or just the cheap lede? They either got paid, or places like Ole777 and Nolimit are scams. Betnomi is another kettle of fish. Limits are part of being a winning gambler, which is why most don't encounter them Smiley

One thing that gets me angry with most of the casino's or gambling site is that whenever they noticed a suspicious activity within your account it immediately leads to the closure of user accounts without any proper and further explanations for the user to understand their faults
That's what i'm getting furious about whenever i see a complaints against to any casino. The difference about this is coinplay let its user to withdraw the deposit amount compared to other casino who confiscate everything.

I believe soonest they will change if they have a serious competitors, maybe changing their ToS to best suit most of their bettor. I can see coinplay will soon take that position of placing their customer rights first than any other, I believe there will be away out he should try and also reach out to some of their Media handle seeking for assistance.

I suggest the following:
Talk to their live support and ask information about the exact rules you broke. After that, post screenshots of the entire conversation from beginning to the end. The way it looks now, we have you claiming they didn't offer any explanations and we have an email from Coinplay where they state that their team explained to you why you got banned. It can't be both ways.

I can confirm that their license is valid if you click on the seal at the bottom left of their website. They possess an Antillephone License. If you are using an ad blocker, you might not be able to see it. It was missing on my end as well until I disabled it.

What's the status of your Casino.guru complaint?

Hello!

Regarding the live chat, this was the result: https://imgur.com/a/KrBxwi3 and as you may imagine the email doesn't answer me concrete answers, or any answes at all for now on that matter.

Yes, i'm using adblocker thats why the license wasn't on the bottom.

The Casino Guru complaint is still pending on their side.

That's actually a good point you are making, since my account closure was made 15 minutes after my withdraw request.

I still think you have a better chance of being helped since @Royse777 was their campaign manager which i know is very possible for him to help you since he had a direct contact with the team. So i suggest you should have patient or also put him in copy to get notified if he can help you out make sure to present all necessary information to him.

You do the right by creating a scam accusation about the casino but have you tried to contact their representative on this forum before taking a huge step of posting negative messages on their Ann thread?
Have you also tried to contact the manager in charge of their on going campaign advertisement because he will definitely have a means of communication with the casino affiliate/marketing manager?
I am saying this because I can see that you have already taken a lot of huge steps by reporting the casino for example on Trustpilot while we haven't heard the side of their representative.

I did contact the manager of the campaign, and yes, i took a lot of huge steps to see if the problem gets the attention it deserves, otherwise it will be sweep under the rug
That's fair enough.
When you contacted the campaign what was his response? From what I am seeing the company campaign advertisement still continues which means there is a high possible chance for the manager and the company representative to communicate in and outside the forum since the company ANN poster account was online today the exact day for another round of their weekly campaign.
Do you say you PM their representative? If yes. How come he/she did defend the casino?
In the meantime, you can also report the issue on askgamblers

I did PM the manager of the campaign yesterday morning, and i've even posted on their topic. I didn't receive a response whatsoever yet.
I'm already trying casino-guru as a mediator, if it doesn't work i'll try askgamblers, as they also helped me in the past.

Thanks for the help

I just got replayed back by their supposed license provider, it looks like they are not regulated by the license they claimed they were in the live chat with me.

I might be wrong, but if someone with more experience than me could help in this license problem, i would appreciate it.

Live chat license claim: https://imgur.com/a/uJXPv2p
Supposed license provider answer: https://imgur.com/a/tCvN9dt
License authenticity result: https://imgur.com/a/SWkzSTU

As I am currently wearing their signature, I will perceive myself as automatically biased, and thus will exclude myself from overseeing this matter. However, I'd like to think that straightening one matter that was asked to be clarified as something that fall on the realm of acceptable.

I've been waiting for someone else --which not on their campaign, and thus shared the same situation as me-- to clarify this, but as there were none...

First, allow me to reupload your image with ibb --I don't know the correct coding to make the image from imgur shown-- with reference to original image source below it, sans the second image, which a lengthy email summarized as "CoinPlay is not registered on curacao-egaming.com."

Source: https://imgur.com/a/uJXPv2p

Source: https://imgur.com/a/SWkzSTU

Second, I'd like to invite you to read this article.

To summarize, for anyone too lazy to read them, there are several license providers in Curacao. Each gambling site --which registered on the said license provider-- are mandated to put the seal of the said licensor on their website, which shall redirect players to the verification page of the licensor, and thus enable players to prove if the claim made by the betting platform that they're licensed under the X provider is true or false.

Third, I'd like to point out that the customer service whom in contact with you explained something in harmony with the summary of the article I wrote above, that you can easily prove their registration by clicking the seal at the bottom of their page.

The simple problem here is, you misunderstood and think they said that they're licensed under "curacao egaming" as in the literal name of the license provider, while their license --as shown on the bottom of their page-- is under antillephone

And the result will be,

That said and clarified, I'll go back as a mere reader following this case.

I appreciate the clarification

What happened:   After playing for 2 weeks on the site i managed to get a balance of around 1300 USDT, which were conficasted when i tried to withdraw 900 USDT, i was told via email this "We want to inform you that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service.
Many Coinplay customers have the same case as you, they could not withdraw their winnings from their playing, and Coinplay only stated that they violated their terms and conditions without mentioning the exact reasons for the players that led to this closure of their accounts; this new casino site seems untrustworthy, there are the better alternatives in the gambling board. You had to choose the casino site you would bet on and play well not to waste your time. The good thing is that you can only withdraw the deposited amount, in which case you are out of their platform without losing your deposit. This topic remains a red flag for them until they come here to clarify or solve the issue.

They are exactly the same bookmaker as 1xbit, and they seem to operate in the same, as you can see on my ban.

I could recall coinplay currently have a signature campaign running and it has been on for a while now coming to see this is not what I believe should be happening. Sorry for your experience op but I think I should ask you this question were you using vpn to login? Because they can not just get your account banned like that without any fault from you as I can say that coinplay have built a reputation here onboard this platform. I would advise you chat their representative here or via their announcement thread by commenting this thread Link there so they can give your issue the urgent attention it requires because from what I see based on your email conversation with their customer care, it seems they a not likely to attend to you again but you can still try this option here as a member of this platform I think you should be given consideration.

No, i didn't use any VPN and i've posted on their topic to try to gain their attention.
I've also contacted a mediator (casino-guru) and their license provider, to try to solve this issue, and i'm currently waiting for a reply.

I guess that's already a final verdict but they should add more and be willing to address the issue when contested through a third party, Coinplay so far is doing great with their signature campaign and they are establishing their reputation but of course, we don't a 1xbit similar answer where they just tell you you violated sorry your account is banned, any casino old or new don't want to be compared to 1xbit but in fairness to Coinplay they are willing to send back the deposit.
Yeah, seems like it is as OP had provided another screenshot and answer from them and that's the answer that he gets that it's final and all information that has been provided to them are all.

Small update, Coinplay still don't want to explain further the ban

That's it, we cannot do anything with that anymore if that's what they've said and that's the final words they've got.

If you think that their justification is insufficient and you want to get clear answers from them about the violation you've made, upon checking their thread, the representative was very active a month ago answering queries but as said by him. All of the other concerns should be addressed to their contact support form because they may not do much upon going with everyone through the forum as per the quote.

❗If you have any questions regarding your player account, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team here. Unfortunately, I don't have the authority to answer those questions on the forum.

But even so, I think that's already a final verdict and hopefully you get the entire sum that you want to get.

They should be able to tell you exactly what terms and conditions you breached not just coming up with a vague message.

The kind of message they sent to you is almost the same as the one 1xbit usually sends out to their customers when they are trying to scam them. I hope they are not related to 1xbit and have their representatives come out clean and clear everything.

I have seen renown casinos resolve problems here before and state in details what terms a user breached

They have an active signature campaign here and the representative is present here in Bitcointalk, let's give them a chance to address this issue, this is the first complaint against Coinplay we'll see how they address this issue
based on the screenshot you provided its unclear what terms did you violate, we'll know it when the representative address this issue, but you need to include your username so they can trace it in their database.

seems like there's not we can do here, if you think you have enough evidence disproving their claims you can try bringing this issue to their license provider(if they have one). you can try posting this on casino.guru too, not sure they'd be able to help you get your winnings but it won't hurt trying.

At this point is just to inform other people that they operate in the same scummy way as 1xbit.

And yes i have filed a report in their license provider.

The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions.
You can withdraw the deposited sum only."
