It requires phone no. verification, higher price than actual coinplug (when coinplug was 300,000 KRW, okbitcard site said 314,***KRW), uhm...

I haven't tried this yet - no Hyosung-notillus ATM (tbh, this vendor is not that widespread - if they could work with a bank it would be awesome) but I think it will make newbies buying bitcoin easier. (Of course, people should withdraw their coins as soon as possible - trust 3rd party with extreme caution!)
