I've seen this very often. Sometimes it takes hours for an order to move from "Queued" to "Accepted". Strangely, most of the time the order is filled at the expected rate - only much later than expected.
Messages to support were never answered.

I had the same issue yesterday. My orders were "queued" and not showing on the bid side. Sent my funding elsewhere at my cost of course. Still no explanation from coins-e and I don't care now.
Does anyone know how coins-e displays bids/asks in market depth section? My orders are not showing there. Are they displayed with big delay or whole system is screwed?
