tons of emails.. tons of tickets created..
i really don't know what else to do..

pd: there is a guy sending me a PM telling me that he can solved my problem.. but is not for free..
and asking me to give him my Skype account..

Guys i have a big issue with coins-e..
last week my phone crash, and i have activated 2 step authentication.. i had to reformat and i lose all the stuff included Google authentication.
for now i can't log in no the website because i don't have the authentication code.
i have opened many tickets in the support section but no answer..
they said that will be a response in 24 hours. but now i have no answer in almost 5 days...
What do you guys recommend me to do?
