With the list that you provided, there are some that I tried to acquire like LINK, GOLEM, ONT, OMG, FCT, and GRIN. I'm quite familiar with some of them as well but I haven't bought some. I only bought that because of the hopes of profiting from it and looking at the ATH, I didn't manage to HODL it long enough to sell it there.
DIVI seems to be one of the leading ones and checking the ATH it's also close to the current one. Maybe it's time to get some of that? Are you holding coins yourself, OP?

I believe that the value of the top alts in the coming months will increase even more and may even break ATH. such as Chainlink, this is an alts with a huge fomo community. and when bitcoin halving ends and opens a bull run market, the alts with the most community growth will grow the most. Although Link and Tezos now have quite high marketcap, the fomo is not limited. If you are observing and want to pick out good alts then I recommend you just pick new ones. Link and Tezos are wise choices.
Just remember though that previous historical logs shows that after bitcoin halving, the price will somewhat go on a sideway patterns and it will take months before a bull run could happen. So if that case holds true after the halving this year, alts might not see some gains as well as we all know that most pairing are based on BTC. I follow some of the OP's alt coin list, and I personally maintain my own alt list similar to what the OP did here. Of course they are still far cry from their ATH, but we all know that this market is very unpredictable, so expect the unexpected. I will assumed that 2021 will be a good year for the altcoin market and it's not too late to get and buy them while they are still cheap.

I guess this would be another useful list where any other crypto listing services (like coinmaketcap) are not enabling us to view and compare this way. We can get individual coin's ATH and other information from such platforms but they are not letting us to compare other than the marketcap criteria. When looking at the Current/ATH, I guess anyone can make their investment plans more easily when they shorten this list further. I guess I need to consider Current/ATH here after when making investment decisions.
Usually I do check the peak price of a coin before considering it for investments against the current price levels but never made any analysis through it by comparing with another coin. Unfortunately, most altcoins may not get back to their ATH again because they may get repalce another altcoin before it will manage to keep attracting investors.

In the table you can find an overview for some coins that i follow, with ATH, ATL, highest and lowest values in last 90 days, but also number of tokens in circulation and total number of tokens, which are really important figures, when foreseen coin/token value in the future
This is not an advise for tokens that are good, or projects active, just my list that i follow
tokens are sorted as per current price compared to ATH
you can see here that for some tokens is three to even times greater total number of coins than coins in circulation, which gives wrong picture on project value at the moment, IMHO
