I used the "Repair Wallet" feature. But the transaction is resent instead of being deleted.

made this transaction day before yesterday. Today showing "Transaction rejected by our node. Reason: Transaction was previously accepted but has been pruned from our database." Coins are not reflected back in the wallet.I am using multibit-HD wallet. Please Help.

The coins are not lost, its just that you pay a low fee. Its back on blockchain.info. It is 11143 byte and pays a 60000 satoshi fee. You pay ~5 satoshi per byte, while its currently suggested to pay somewhere between 40 and 60 satoshi per byte[1].

You have two options:

#1 you remove the transaction from your wallet and create one with a higher fee (use the "repair wallet" feature)
#2 you (or someone else for you) resend the transaction so the network will not forget about and eventually it will get confirmed. Its difficulty to predict how long this can take.
