- they use founders reward model based on Zcash,
- It is ICO project

I have used XLM and from my experience, the tps seem very fast. Although, i am not so used to others other than btc, eth, waves, neo and some other very common coins.

True, but it shows both Transactions last 24h and Transactions avg. per hour, you can calculate TPS from them if I'm not wrong.

This is average, and atm,
but I am looking here for maximum potential that network can handle.
Examples:
At the moment tps for BTC is 2.52 but max is ~ 7.6
ETH is 8 but max is ~ 15
B.Cash is 0.222 but max is ~ 24

Now, for example; The transactions per second for Ethereum = 7.2 TPS
There are so many new coins about now promising that they can reach very very high TPS, credits ICO sold out and they're claiming they will reach 1 million TPS, their alpha reportedly achieved 200k+ but the source code is yet to be released. 1 million compared to 7.6 is really quite absurd.

WAVES claims to have the (current) highest TX per second at 100 per second. Not sure whether that's truly the largest/fastest, but it definitely beats BTC and ETH hands down.
