Checking your wallet history it shows that the wallet address you provided actually received two transaction yesterday at 23:10:42 and 23:57:30 with 0.00155865 and 0.00409823 respectively which mean the reason why the btc is not shown in your account is possibly synchronization problem as said by LoyceV but you can contact the wallet provider through their telegram chat link above.
Edit : the 0.021 btc was already spent when 0.06540032btc was sent out of your wallet. I think you didnt calculate or notice the transaction very well.

Does it seem that the kcash wallet is a local crypto wallet? It is a mobile version and the design looks the same as imtoken wallet.
Did you update your wallet? If not do this first and maybe you just need a latest kcash wallet.
If it does not work you can try to contact their support because there is no problem with the transaction it is a wallet issue.
