) If i want to make a very fast transfer for a very low commission, i prefer Doge coin which can be bought and sold in many exchanges. Very good for Doge transfer operations.
A have a couple of grand Dogecoin and the reason I like to trade it from day to day because of its fast transaction speed as all of my transactions were only last for a second, not even a minute.
I feel the lightning speed of Dogecoin but I really know how's the speed when the transaction volume will become like Bitcoin's volume.
I think Ripple and Waves are two few of the coins that are very cheap with the cheapest transaction fees and the fastest. If you're looking for a fast transaction speed, that would be those both coins mentioned above.

Doge, Nem, Ripple. They are all having a lot of your requirements. But remember you can try to use those DAG coins just like Xrb and IOTA which gives you zero fees for sending your transaction. But remembe DAG coin is not blockchain based coin and it used server to validate the transaction.
I prefer ripple or xem rather than dogecoin.

DOGE coins for transaction, the commission is very small and the price is low. Only for some parameters this does not suit you.

I think you can offer your friends IOTA or XRB(Raiblocks). Both of them has no transaction fee's and fast cryptocurrencies. Especially both you and your friends have to give it a try IOTA because you can send really small amounts without any fee. I think it is so cool.
maybe you can check rpx. fast and no txn fee

To such coins, I would take DGB and LTC. Transactions of these coins are quite fast and not expensive. It is these coins that I make almost all of my transactions.
I guess OPC is the best coin for you since it is a PoS coin that gives you a big PoS reward but it is not actually cheap (600sats/OPC now. Back in mid December, it just priced at 15-20sats/OPC.)
Pay attention to the coin of the RPX, I think it is suitable for your purposes. Transactions are fast, cheap and the price of the coin itself is still low. Good luck.
All cheap coins have a faster transaction for now, bitcoin back then have a fast and cheap fee transaction back then but the value keeps on increasing that is why the transaction fee increase and the transaction slower because the blockchain is getting congested and a lot are getting into bitcoin, I really think all miners are having a hard time mining bitcoin right now that is why the transaction fee are getting higher.
