My question today is that i have Dell inspiron desktop with:
Intel Core i3-7100 processor
Windows 10 Home (64Bit)
8GB DDR4 2400MHz
1TB (64MB Cache) 7200 RPM SATA 6Gb/s

i want to mine coin using my desktop. As i also heard that for mining system works 24 hours and cause overheating or high temperature. So suggest me what should i mine which is easy and prevent overheating to my PC.
You won't earn anything trying to mine bitcoins on a PC. Check the altcoin mining board for altcoins you can mine on PC hardware.
Yeah its true Its not efficiency to mine on PC you better mine using rigs you can only mine less than $100 in week using PC I think but I recommended use Rigs like AntMiners.
