Actually, RaiBlocks is the best option for 0 confirmation instant transactions and it charges 0 fees. But it depends on what your focus is - privacy, speed or safety? Personally, I use NEM and I'm very happy with the experience. But I'm not concerned about privacy and it is not my goal to use anonymous transactions. For that case, XMR is the best.

but instant transaction work well for every other coins, maybe you mean instant confirmation? if so, yes raiblock have instant transaction with no fee! but it's not anonymous like dash, i think dash have a sort of anonymous features

I think you must try to use NXT and it's having the instant transaction. They just take a second for your transaction will be delivered. It's really fast.
