Yea coins such as litecoin and doge coin have very low transfer fees from exchanges that is why a lot of people prefer to turn their coins to these coins before moving them from one exchange to another, add that to the fact that they are very fast and you are golden. Also ripple does have a pretty low transaction fee to move the coins from one place to another.
What coins you transfer the assets from the exchange to the exchange, because the ETH or can be expensive, large commissions? I think there are several options, such as Litecoin or Doge
