I'm not sure if our suggestions are being taken seriously or not but hopefully they are .
1. Control over our addresses : It would be very nice to have the private keys of our addresses or at least .. being able to sign and verify messages.
2. Worldwide Virtual cards : I'm from Algeria and I have to say that I can't order virtual card , other services offer the Virtual cards even if my country is banned for their banks or whatever . (It only require ID verification etc..) if I'm asking for Physical card .
3.Multiple payment methods : At the moment the only service that offer PayPal as payment method is Virwox.com so I guess you can compete with that by accepting Paypal (with lower fees of course) and other payment methods.
That's it for the moment . I will try to come up with new ideas and suggestions !

Why you have so slow support?
Your mobile on website doesn`t work. I can show proofs that I tryed to call a lot of times.
It`s my first try to convert money to BTC and I can`t understand all services doing work so slow or only your?
I hope we can solve this problem as fastest as we can and I leave good review if this won`t happen again and again...

I have your guys named card and I got to say your service is the best I have used out there. I have tried other services and they all have tons of issues, I am yet still to run into any issues with coinsbank. The platform is very user friendly, always working with depositing and withdrawing with no waiting around. Even when bitcoin price went up the site operated without any issues and I was able to sell bitcoins without any issues unlike other services that had to temp suspend trading because they cannot keep up with the price increase
