This so true I have a friend that deposit his token on coinsbit and next thing he knew the tokens are locked and the support never responded on his inquiry. Also what worse is he got block on the social media where he inquired also. This is not an example of legit exchamhe that would do something like that on their customers. Tip guys, dont ever used this one and stay out of this scammer exchange.
Your story is exactly what I experienced with my close friends because they deposit fiat to coinsbit then the funds are withheld and nothing can be done I think there is nothing worse and Coinsbit is a highly fraudulent exchange.
Many say on Coinsbit exchange, fake volumes, manipulated IEO, bad support so any response is hard to solve if you keep on giggling and keep asking the team it will be completely blocked so you don't have access to contact them anymore, so The cruelty of this exchange is that there is a lot of bad feedback about Coinsbit.

When you deposit your funds at an exchange, you will need to know the details of that platform. Because if you deposit your funds on the wrong platform, there is very little chance of getting your funds back.

There are already a lot of bad reports about Coinsbit, they are blocking their customer's funds in various ways. When there are already bad enough reports against them, you have very little chance of getting your funds back. So now you have only one way to try to get the funds back, and that is to contact their support.

I have two recent trades on Coinsbit it's a big gamble on my part I read some accusations which I believe are valid, but I have to gamble because the coin that I am holding and can only be traded on Coins and it's losing value, I have to gamble fortunately I completed the trade and withdraw my coin, even if I traded here with no issues I still don't recommend trading here until they resolve all the accusations here.

Coinsbit are definitely selective scammers and I would stay clear away from them. Not only do they have dozens of complaints logged in detail here but pretty much everyone all over the internet hates them...

This site is definitely a scam!!!Ive been trying to withdraw my bitcoin since January..I was told to contact security@coinsbit so I did a total of 10 times with 2 responses asking for my info but still nothing..Do NOT put your money here, you wont get any back!!

I tried to withdraw my SafeEarth token six times. However, almost none of them were successful (only successful for once). The most important is that I lost all the tokens I requested to withdraw after an unsuccessful withdrawal. I have already submitted a ticket on 01/06/2021 (ticket number is 91873) but still haven't received any useful response from their customer support team. I am very disappointed with Coinsbit since they cannot keep my assets safe, and their customer support team (or maybe the technical support team) is very inefficient. I am still waiting for their response. I will not change my rating score for Coinsbit until they solve my problem and return my tokens.

They have a lot of unanswered complaints on their social media pages as well.

The scamming accusations aren't new either.

I do understand why people still use them... they are the only option when it comes to trading a lot of shit tokens. Well, that is an inherent risk in the endeavor I suppose.

I hold various crypto and FIAT on coinsbit and for the last 3 weeks I have been unable to transfer tokens or withdraw fiat, I have approached their support team many times, only to be fobbed off with excuses, usually " we are looking into it". I am obviously very concerned and have lost market opportunities already. Is anyone aware of issues with this platform / company?
After reading above replies you may have understood what happened with you. I don't think you have enough knowledge about this platform and that is why you made the mistake by keeping your assets there. Their reputation is enough bad to call them scammers. Feeling really sad after hearing about your issue and in this situation your chances of getting your fund back is too narrow. Although I will suggest you to continue conversation with their support staff which is the only light in your case.

You can edit your topic and transform it into a scam accusation by following proper scam report format from this sections pinned post area. Follow the format and include all the evidence that you got. Do not use any crypto related service before justifying properly in the future and this can save your from getting scammed again.

is this your first time withdrawing from their website? I haven't used their platform so I searched around google and found they have several scam accusations here in the forum. I don't know if they'll scam you or not but seeing their scam accusations does bring the possibility of you being scammed. anyway, would you mind providing evidence of your deposit on their website, email, or screenshots? it's just that it is better to have evidence so members can decide whether to believe you or not and follow the scam accusation format below.

here are some scam accusations against coinsbit.io that I found here in the forum.
coinsbit.io has taken all my funds without any explanation, looks like SCAM

According to what can be found on the forum, this service is at least very problematic, and for many others it is without a doubt SCAM. One of the golden rules that many don't follow is to first check what others think before doing business with someone - because why fall into the same trap if you can learn something from the experience of others. I do not want to say that you have lost your funds 100%, but look at the following links and draw your own conclusions.
