I am so confused right now.
I submitted my KYC more than a month ago and now there's a start button indicating i'll have to do the entire process again.
I emailed them through their website and got no response whatsoever.
I mean all i need is some information like - what happened to my KYC details that i submitted, and if rejected why were they rejected etc.
I don't think this is too much to ask.
It will also help the user to understand where he went wrong if that is indeed the case.
Someone on reddit advised me to post this here to get answers so here i am.
