site has no infor of there company address , as no registration is required there are high chances if we lost our funds , its clearly mention that we are working with five exchanges
why not we use that exchange directly ?

No they accept Inr deposit and sent you money via 5 exchanges that they mentions but fees is not clear

ShapeShift 0%
Changelly 0%
BitFinex 0,25%
Bittrex 0,25%
Poloniex 0,25%

This website is based on wordpress theme , this website created in december month last year

Are you sure what are you talking about ?

Coinsecure is the most trusted bitcoin exchange in India and we have Coinsecure CEO also among us who is Benson Samuel . Please do check the site properly before making any statement like " Site has No INFO of their Company Address "

Hello Everyone in the space!
In the last two days, I have tried 3 times to make my first INR deposit at the coinsecure exchange in India but all the times the requests were rejected by the compliance officer.
I am not sure why this is happening (I tried the IMPS and NEFT options). The reason to decline the request is not really specified by them other than an absurd text which says duplicate request.
I also tried writing to these guys but they won't buzzzz Sad
Looking forward for your answers..

thanks Smiley

Can you PM me your email ID? I can check with compliance as to why they have rejected

Why dont you buy from someone in cash and that person will deposit directly to ur wallet account. It will save your time as well.

The best way is to send them a mail and they may respond you in a day or two as they are flooded with the request or do not have enough people to look into the queries which is causing the delay. Also today it might be an off so call them up tomorrow and you might have to hold some 10 mins before you can get through and this would be the best option to get things clarified directly from them.
