My blockchain can beat up your blockchain
After a very stressful night, I received a text with the redemption code. Which I find strange because it never gives it to me that way. Believe me, I read every word on every page at Coin Sources website. I was going to do that anyways, I love TOU's EUA's and PP's. The 24-hour customer service finally answered me 20 hours later. I guess 24-hour service means it takes 24 hours to get any service. The machine was simply out of paper. Common sense told me that. But why on Earth is there no backup plan for when this happens? Who Knows? While I was waiting for that one to confirm I went to the BTM closer to me as it was morning time by then and the shop was open. I scanned the QR code and without any wait time it spits out $600 at me. No redemtion ticket needed. I think that one was a copay machine but I'm not sure.

Coinsource, Get better customer service please.

Can you go to that machine again and try to make another withdrawal but for a small amount of money. That way you'll see whether the next person will get your code because you'll be the next person, and you won't risk losing a lot if the same issue repeats. Peace of mind will be worth it IMO. That's of course unless it's been some time and you think people have already used the machine.

My blockchain can beat up your blockchain
Just like the title said. Damn Coinsource ATM machine took my Bitcoin and didn't print out the redemption code that is required to get my cash from the machine. The people at the store that has the machine are clueless and said to call the number on the machine. I checked the blockchain and the transaction is there. It's removed from my wallet too. I'm not a nube to Bitcoin and have used every machine out there for buying and selling. The Coinsource help is hard to reach and are not open. They take hours or days to respond to texts and email. I'm worried that the next person that uses the machine will get my redemption code. It was a few hundred dollars. WTF do I do?

As far as I know that redemption code is the only way to get the cash. Whoever has the code owns the cash
