Hello, I am in the same situation. I bought $200 on 11/3/22. They kept telling me network traffic. then I received a text saying they are switching from 4g to 5g and I would have my Bitcoin by 11/17. Didn't get it. When I reached out to support, I received an automated response that they were offline due to the 5g upgrade.

That's very absurd, especially where they say that there is no ETA for your BTC. I think they don't have any representatives in the forum and thus no one can help around here. Your funds are now at their mercy.

I have a question, What are the advantages of purchasing Bitcoins from a BTC ATM over a p2p exchange?
The only advantages of using a Btc ATM vs an exchange are exactly as Jollygood said, privacy. Other then that ATMs are a huge load of shit. Alomst a 25% markup on buying Btc from an ATM. Quite ridiculous on the fees. I recommend not using 1 unless you have money burning a hole in your pocket.

I purchased the btc in New York still got the reciept

NYDFS:

For unresolved complaints, you may mail a complaint to New York State Department of Financial Services, Consumer Services Division, One State Street, New York, NY 10004-1417, (212) 709-5470.

What really is kind of funny is that they are a Texas based company as far as I can tell:
https://www.zoominfo.com/c/coinsource-inc/371531436

But according to their own site, if you follow that link I posed earlier with their licenses, they are not licensed in Texas.
Guess Texas people don't like following laws or something, since you are supposed to be licensed there.
That or they don't have any BATMs there, just corporate offices.

that's a clear indication that they don't have enough Bitcoin at their disposal
I guess I don't understand what's happening behind the scenes with these BTCATM operators, because it seems bizarre to me that what you said could be the case.  How do the operators buy the bitcoin they sell?  What could possibly be causing this supposed backlog?

I've never used a Coinsource machine before, nor have I ever heard a complaint like this.  I seriously don't think their BTCATMs are being used so much that they've been drained of bitcoin....and then for some reason are having difficulty acquiring enough to meet their obligations to people who've bought it from them.

Ah, I just looked on coinatmradar and there's one Coinsource ATM in my town, and I've never visited that one.  After reading this thread, there's no way in hell I'm going to, and unless there's some positive resolution to this I'm not going to use any of their machines.  OP, I hope you get what you're owed.

You did not say where you are, but Coinsource has licenses in most states they do business in:
https://coinsource.net/legal-privacy/licenses

If you are in one of the states they are licensed in call the appropriate office in your state Monday morning.
Coinsource may or may not respond to you or the BBB. But, for the most part, the baking / money transmittal / finance people in state governments can make their life miserable enough that Coinsource will respond.

I just noticed that one-third of users who "filed a complaint on this platform", successfully got their Bitcoin [worth a try]!
I am not able to access the site. I don't know if my IP address is the one that is blocked

The error that I keep getting is "403 Forbidden"
The site is not accessible for me too so can't see anything that you shared. I am on TOR. I did some google. Coinsource is an ATM machine which means the BTC were purchased in a store or any physical place.

I believe it's because of your IP address [I also couldn't access it normally, so I used a VPN connection instead]... If you don't have access to one, you can refer to one of the following archived pages [it's the only place I've seen them respond]:

support keeps saying theres a delay in transactions DUE TO high volumes YEAH RIGHT
They did mention that the high volume is in connection with their own total network and that's a clear indication that they don't have enough Bitcoin at their disposal; hence the huge backlog... researched some people are getting delayed months
You should've done this prior to using their awful services, but regardless of that, I hope the above link could have a positive impact on your case.

I could be wrong but maybe it allows for cash to be deposited thus the OP required privacy instead of using an exchange and sending from his bank.
