Did you get your money at the same exchange rate or was the price different? Unfortunately, Changelly does not have a good reputation, and the use of a built-in exchange inside the wallet increases the problems because you are using a third party that use another third part to make exchanges and therefore it is better to do it directly or avoid Changelly at all.

The reason for my question is that I have a friend who had a similar problem and it was resolved with a different exchange rate than the previous one.

Greetings

Was using embedded changelly exchange in coin.space web wallet to exchange Monero to Bitcoins.
The transaction was stuck at: Deposit received awaiting exchange.
Changelly: show a screenshot where you have sent funds us.
Me: I don't see it, it's an embedded exchanger I don't enter address maually
Changelly: Contact coinspace. We didn't get any deposit from you.

Coinspace: the transaction has gone correctly.

Actual state: Empty monero wallet in coin.space web wallet, the transaction is stuck at exchanging.
Changelly says they dont have money, coinspace said the money gone good.

I have no money, wrote tens of messages and I feel fooled jumping between changelly and coin.space.




Updated - the problem is solved by Changelly.
Coin Space is not guilty


after 15 messages from my side, including
a) technical details
b) investigation results
c) words like ***ck
the answer telling that the problem will be solved soon was received:
