My mule don't like people laughing
These guys have super high fees. Don't use them, instead use Quadriga for Canadians.

A friend of mine bought .2 BTC there, they charged him 5% on his deposit and then the fuckers charged him .01 BTC to withdraw his BTC when every other exchange charges .0005 or around that number.

I am having exactly the same issue as OP had with Coinsquare.io.
The balance in my account showing 65.60705 mBTC, but the available fund is only 0.00003528.
I cannot withdraw nor trade for other coins.

The issue has been there for almost a week and I have open tickets and followed up many times.
The latest update was that they said they passed this issue along to their management who will be servicing my account today. but so far there is no updates, issue still there.

Very disappointed and not recommend this to anyone at all.

Create a ticket in the support, holdings are always same and cannot be changed but availability can be changed if there is some issues related to wallet.

Coinsquare is second largest exchange in Canada. Has good reviews. Not sure what's going on.

I emailed their support and sent them SNS messages too. Still no reply.

That withdraw section is where you can normally send to a third party wallet.
Oh, they are 2nd largest exchange in canada which is really good to hear at In this case they do definitely have problems as of now and just keep on sending them support ticket regarding on your issue. Give them some time to answer you. They are the only ones they can able to answer and resolve this matter.

I started using Coinsquare yesterday and am not impressed.

I bought some ETH and BTC and cannot transfer to an external wallet because it says I have zero or almost zero available funds.

I waited a day to see if the ETH account would correct itself.  Maybe I need more ETH?

The available ETH was jumping from 0.000346436 to 0.004298 etc and never displayed the full 1.8232 ETC or whatever it was at the time.

Anyway, I switched to BTC to try to withdraw but same thing.

I need to get my funds out of Coinsquare. Don't feel comfortable with them.

Quiet suspicious since you do have the balance to transfer from other wallet. I did see on the screenshout that you dont have balance reflected on your account which seems a visual bug or someting. The best thing as of now is to contact their support regarding on this matter and i havent heard about coinsquare on the past which is do really have some doubts on using unknown services.
