Newbie members shilling has become very obvious and common around here recently, makes sense that they're starting to get tagged quickly. As for downloading an application to get paid, don't do it. There is most likely a virus in the Android application you're supposed to download for the 0.001BTC, and a few dollars is not worth the hassle of having to remove a virus from your phone.
Also, if you're trying to participate in any bounties, make sure the bounty campaign's being managed by someone reputable. You might get scammed by a newer campaign manager, but things can still occasionally go wrong with an older campaign manager (chances are lower though).
Lucky that most community members are wise enough not to fall with these obvious modus or attempts.Answering op question i dont bother to get involved with those bounties even they are legit and paying up some dust but still a worthy thing to be tried for those people who do seek micro earnings.
