You'd see that it teetered on being a Ponzi scheme if you did your research:

In all honesty, there is no cloud mining website worth joining.  At all.

its not a scam i have paidd out severall times
Perhaps you don't understand what is a ponzi scheme. A ponzi scheme is a operation that pays you with the next person's deposit. They will pay you till people stop depositing and they can run away with your money or just don't pay you. Either way, you lose money.
This. First they build trust, then they pull the trigger. Thats what Karpeles and every other exchange did.

AFAIK they were sending some payments 1 hour ago... even if temporaly complying to the contract doesn't exclude insolvence

Now that word is spreading I am sure they will bounce back as CoinBrain or CoinMuscle or something..what say? Problem is the folks who will continue to believe in them... send them their bitcoins ...lose them ...and then complain ...on hearing which some other folks will come back saying...hey I got what they promised, how come you didn't get...this is the usual rise and fall of another scam...before it evolves into another name.

Well if it stops paying out in future, then it will be a scam. Not every such company just stops payout in the early pahse. They always go a long way before doing anything like it.

Well, companies can go belly up and do so a lot actually. And not necessarily because they´re scams.

cointellect still working finely,
if you have any problems with your withdrawl, you may contact their support team.
I've earned about €7 from my 1 referral only -_- (actually i'm not mining with cointellect, coz of laziness to run that software)

One should assume all new cloud mining companies are full or partial ponzi's unless they prove otherwise. Proving so is trivial as well.

It really sucks when we deal with people like this

It's actually sound like a ponzi scheme if customers can't withdraw and the company would just make up excuses. The company have been really shady in the history of their operation. I was required to verify my credit card due to me logging in through a proxy/vpn which I obviously didn't. I didn't bother to verify and my money has been stuck there since then.

It's painfully obvious that the site is a ponzi. You pay money to the company so they can multiply your computer's "hash rate". How does that seem even remotely legitimate?
