Seems Cointerra really did go bankrupted however I do feel sorry for those who had remaining orders in place not going to get a refund only way would maybe contact the courts yourself to see if theirs any funds left within the company to be distributed however I do not see much being left or any assess left for people to claim back.

all cloud mining are scams

I won't say  ALL = "scam" but the question come when it's about profit. how can they get profit with 220 USD/BTC?

I see they're taking a page out of the BFL playbook but they're a little more skillful.

I do not trust any of them company only ones I trust in are bitmain right about now and been very cheap too ill never got to anyone else unless can provide support like bitmain and have fast shipping or can do collection in person from

Hosted mining payouts have stopped but they continue to fleece new customers while letting them buy new hardware:

Did not they provide the proof of real mining hardware and hence could attract people even at a higher price ?

Very clever indeed. Basically siphoned off all the funds and now calling it quits.
