these services have always been like this, their rules have all sorts of loophole that they take maximum advantage of. since they are not earning enough money ever, they try and force their users to not withdraw so they don't have to let money out of their pocket. like what they are doing here by forcing you to invest in their service!

Yeah this site is pretty much a scam. I mean who the fuck needs all those ID documents for just a tiny refund, when the payment is executed on an anonymous bitcoin network?  Angry

I have already read here (btc talk) other people involved in issues with this service... probably a scam accusation topic could help other users!
That majorly have to do with publishers account but the op is talking about the advertiser account.

Exactly, I'm advertiser who funded the account in order to start advertising campaigns.
I think the site still having a problem right now and their will be scam i think you i hope you can get the refunded from their site but i think they are scam right now. Don't give hope in this site just move to another site to advertise your site. I will suggest to a-ads they are still legit and you can advertise your site for cheap price...

You have same problem one of the member of this forum and i think this site is scam right now so its better move to another adnetwork because you can't solve the issue of this site unless if you can talk with the admin or the owner of the site if they saying that their site has some bug or problem..

From my own point of view i do not see how they wrong you because it has already been written in their FAQ but you may leave the funds with them till you will need it.

I don't wanna be forced to use the remained funds in their service when I can still withdraw according to their FAQ, they will maybe ask me for additional documents amd informations about funds and so on, and I'm ready to provide them everything they request.
However, their lack of communication makes them unprofessional and unreachable. Let's take as example the advertising campaign I created, well it took them 3 days to approve it. What the hell?!
However ~0.1 BTC is not big sum (moreover my money, not a real refund!!!) for a service like coinurl.com

Days ago I started an advertising campaign on coinurl.com and after ~24 hours I decided to stop it, ending up with 0.09966268 BTC in my balance. Then I tried to withdraw those bitcoins but unfortunately I don't see that amount in my available funds to withdraw because of the following reason in their FAQ page:

Can I get a refund?
In general, refunds are prohibited. We recommend depositing the exact amount you are planning to spend on advertising. This measure is needed to protect our service from money laundering, which is required by the law. In exceptional cases we allow our advertisers to request a refund. To be eligible for this exception, you need to complete the verification procedure by contacting an operator and providing an identification document (containing your photo, e.g. a passport or driver's licence) bundled with proof of your address (e.g. a utility bill, bank statement, etc, not older than three months). A CoinURL operator may also ask for additional documents to prove the legality of deposited funds.

Well, I tried to reach their support via ticket system but they don't reply me since 30th January and I'm unable to withdraw the funds, even though I'm ready to provide all required informations.
Come on, it's just few bucks for a service like theirs, what's going on there? I can't believe I'm still in "Pending Admin" status with no reply so far after a week.

I'm highly disappointed and feel teased, what about your experiences with coinurl.com?
