Hello everyone. I hope you're all doing well.

I want to apologize to you all for how poorly things were handled by me.
Many things broke on my end. I couldn't keep up in those conditions.
Tried to fix things on the go, but that didn't work.

I've worked hard for a long uninterrupted time and at some point I just couldn't keep up.
Unfortunately I brought myself to be burnt out.
I've been very depressed in the aftermath, amid some other personal events that happened to me.

I'm slowly recovering. I learned a hard lesson here.
I appreciate your patience and comprehension very much.

Please don't reach out to me regarding Coldkey for now, as I resolve everything.
I will get back to everybody, each in turn. I know what's outstanding, so please expect a PM from me.



About Coldkey in general, yes the website is down.
A different website will be put up.
I'm still unsure how to continue but it will definitely be very different from what happened so far.
For now, I am not yet physically able to resume production but looking for ways to resume it smoothly.

if it was nearly anyone else, there would be pitchforks and the fires would be lit. I think this gives credence to Yogg's trustworthiness. I just hope it continues to hold up and he clears all these outstanding issues.

That's why reputation is so important and that's why I love the forum and the way you building it up, I never seen such a unique feature elsewhere to build credibility and trust in anonymous people you never gonna meet at all.

- Did he/she responded to any of your concerns privately?

I was a bit surprised to read the comments about delayed or unfunded items since I received the item that I won in one of his/her free raffles, quite fast.
- I'm not trying to defend @yogg [just stating the facts] and hopefully, everything gets sorted out soon.

I have heard no response. but having sent multiple pm/dm/emails - I see no need to keep sending additional ones until he comes back publicly. I am sure once he does he will fund my cards

not sure how I missed those - they look great. In reading that thread:



Unfortunately I ran into issues shortly after this auction.
I was still not able to produce these and fulfil the winners lots.
Refunds are available at request.

I am still sorting out a couple problems, hopefully everything will be back on it's feet quite soon. Smiley

I don't see where he ever updated the thread with them being produced. Guess the early cryptobonds are the only ones that he produced then?

I waited a long time for my cards as well. over 8 months. and I was an artist on the Q3 history series. I wouldnt take it personal and I have faith he will come through for all of you in the end.

This thread reminds me I still have not kept up my end of the bargain and still have to ship him a painting that I have owed him for some time as well. So thank you.

I have had no response once I realized that my cards were not funded. Yes he offered me a refund in Feb but I received 5 cards in May - I received an email that my card WAS funded yet the address it states in the email that was funded IS not the address on my card.

that is totally understandable to take a break but it is not fair for those that have paid for something to not have received what they paid for whether it is the physical item or funding or both. Especially with no contact or personal explanation.

I don't think for a second that Yogg is scamming or trying to run away with anyone's funds but until people are made whole it still looks bad.
