If you really want collaborators for your ICO related website it would be much better if you specify what qualifications are necessary for that purpose. Building the website from scratch or writing the content for it ? Is it a news site / blog / ico listing website ??

Like minds in what capacity? Are you looking forward to start or you have started something already? or at what stage are you at the moment. You need to give more insight please because some members don't have all the time to start PMing when they could read your post to know if PM would be necessary.
Hmmm... Too vague. The crypto world is too broad, exactly what specific topic(s) are you gonna cover aside from ICO's? And I'm assuming that your site will be information focused right? or not?
