If my understanding of their system is correct... I believe the answer to this question is that they are no longer your bitcoins, but you do have the ability to spend your assigned BTC balance on their private blockchain network.
From what I can tell.... you can not send bitcoins to yourself.. you must buy with cash and then convert to bitcoin..
Also , you get NO public address.. so then where is your bitcoins.. this is the way it is now... I dont know if this will change..
All in all.. it's easy to use, transferring cash to your account is instantaneous, also, buying bitcoin is also instantaneous
