Right by shitcoins, I just mean anything that isn't yet "mainstream" so 2 people have responded with signatures, one for DNR and the other is GOA, without insulting anyone both of those are shitcoins in my book, until they start to rise above the rest in some way.

A few people have mentioned MEW, which I always thought was just an ethereum wallet. Can someone point me to how I can add a wallet for either of the above 2 coins if that is possible, or have I misunderstood?

Before any analysis, if you know you are Shitcoin because you still have them? or do want to keep? What is your purpose? and what is Shitcoin for you? In my opinion descartalas is the best way, we must focus our goals on what really makes us profit.

The only way I could think of that would isolate and collect them at the same time is to have a separate computer or machine purely for shitcoin wallets. If you have an old computer kicking around or your computer feels slow, I would upgrade and have one main computer for normal stuff and a shitcoin computer. It may or may not be worth it depending on how many coins you have, and whether or not they stake, but it certainly is an option that I have found helped me. Now I don't worry about main computer with these coins, and I have backups made every couple of weeks for the old computer.

Is there an easy way of dealing with the multitude of Shitcoin Wallets I'm gradually collecting? Some collective way of dealing with them would be great.

what do you mean shitcoin? do you mean token or coins with very low value?
if it is erc20 token use myetherwallet. or use exchange site wallet for multiple coins.

do you mean it's a useless token or what??
if it's just some useless token you want to deal with, just create a new wallet transfer your coin that have value in it and that will solve your problem, there many wallet you can chose why you got confused over it.
