"The team would be listed on the official site too" is a dead giveaway. Basically looking for someone to take the fall when it inevitably goes south. Too cheap to pay for a few mugshots on fiverr.
Seems like English isn't their first language, and it isn't clear what they mean by "team members". Sounds like they have a concept planned, but they are looking for developers to make it happen as well as those who could promote the coin. Promising to pay in tokens that don't even exist yet...

I am planning to launch a good project. I need a team which is capable to take the project to great heights ahead.
I have almost whitepaper ready, with each other possible paperisation process.
The team would be listed on the official site too.
Payment would be in tokens and distrubuted amongst the team members according to the allocated percentage.
Need some experienced peoples who can work for the betterment of the project with a good promotion part too.
