having the same issue here, i'm getting crazy dam wallet
You should do the following:
1) Open you Wallet, even if it does not sync you can create a backup. This is essential and do not lose this! Save the backup to your desktop. By default another identical backup will be created in the colossuscoin folder
2) Make sure your backup wallet file is on your desktop before proceeding
3) Close your wallet, make sure it is not running before proceeding.
4) Open the colossuscoin folder and delete all of the contents. All of them.
5) The blocks will load again and this should reset, it should allow your wallet to sync but remember it takes time.
6) Maybe your wallet will get to around 97% and stop. If this happens then close the wallet and delete the peers folder and try again. I am sure you will not be stuck on 272570 like so many others and it will sync.
If it does not sync then get back to me, there is one other sure fire way it will work. If it does sync, then move the wallet backup file from your desktop in to the colossuscoin folder and all your coins will appear in the Wallet
