Big winnings and Big loses, bet amounts on the same match, bets on certain odds, time etc by ordinary users will be monitored too.
Etc.

How many casino/sportsbooks in this world? Thousands, or even Millions? Yes
How many of the main sportsbooks provider in this world? hundreds? Nah, far less than that.
Is it hard for them to detects it with all of the data they have? Nope

It’s very simple since match betting is technically using of casino bonuses such as free bet to take advantage to the casino, they can simply create 2 different account on different casino and place bet on both side which have a +EV then enjoy the bonus with risk free bet.

Bookie can easily confirm this since crypto casino usually use same bookie and they have connections to each other so that they can match players information and to check possible connections of all accounts from different casino. This is what most players that have a problem do.

It's not a problem to suggest a specific bookmaker, but you should always do your own research before relying on recommendations, including those from casino guides.
Having said that, I think all of the long-term established casinos that are still doing their advertising on this forum are good to go judging by their existence since the forum does accommodation scam casinos.

Your hunt for a perfect bookmaker that fits to your description is almost nonexistent because of the criteria you mention here. Most of the casino here indicates on their ToS that they have the right to confiscate the profit or deposit if you are proven violating the ToS.

You can recover your deposit but all the profit including the bonus will be confiscated by the casino. No casino allow you to take profit if you caught violating the ToS unless you already withdrew all your balance.
