He's mostly making fun of the complexity of Bitcoin. I don't find it funny, well maybe a little bit. But more about their horrible jokes.

I thought that it at least gave the impression that Bitcoin is intelligent and more intelligent than Conan, which isn't too difficult to be. 
I thought the ending was lame and pointless though but it is a good sign that it is being talked about.

I guess this brings some awareness to Bitcoin. I can't say it is the funniest thing I have ever seen (I generally don't think Conan is that funny) but it has moments:
