Just because a faucet looks nice doesn't mean that it's profitable. Prime example would be your previous faucet. It looks great, and arguably is one of the best looking faucets in the industry. But is it successful? Profitable?

Current balance of 19 satoshi... Running a faucet takes a lot more than just building a pretty site. You have to start with a bankroll to be able to pay your users until your rewards and revenue from advertisers start kicking in.

I like the idea of your BluBTC brand, but if you're seeking donations, I would feel more confident in knowing what it's going to be, how many bitcoins you need in order to launch, and you keeping a transparent ledger of all donations that you have received. Otherwise, just because you've had a faucet previously doesn't give you the credibility you need to ask for donations.

Most people are going to associate you with being a scammer, even though that may not be your intentions. Why? Simply put, you're asking people for donations to launch a site that has a very vague description. You need to indicate what your target goal is, what you plan on using the money for, and provide a timeline so that we can keep you accountable for meeting those milestones based on our donations.

Either way, no one is going to donate to you... If you are asking for investments, it's one thing, but donations? Good luck mate...

Best of luck to you on this venture, and I look forward to seeing what you put together, but just be aware that just because you have a pretty faucet/app doesn't make you profitable!

1 make some pretty infographic
2 promise some cool stuff
3 add your address
4 ask for donations
5 ...
6 profit

Maybe the idea of a great community founded faucet with shareholders
is great and probably will get to the top but trying to pool this off
with negative trust account is no go!
Pure scam attempt, if you ask me.

Don't donate if you don't want to. I've owned a faucet here with positive results before.

Thanks for the "feedback" though!

i don't understand, what is the project? You have create one app/faucet? but how people can send feedback and comment if don't see the app ? Is online ?

A announcement for a future faucet with something to make it unique.

what are the faucet you have owned in the past ? Is possible see a list?
Is strange a announcment for a new faucet request donation

I think this is just a scam attempt.
How exactly is this a scam if I'm not asking for anything?

Hopefully this comment won't be overshadowed by the others.

What are you giving us that ensures that you're truly wanting to get this project started up? An infographic explaining just a few points that, sorry to say, doesn't seem too special, isn't really drawing much attention. Try thinking outside the box, or maybe even thinking outside the FaucetBox. (Excuse the horrible pun. Wink ) Give us features that have never been thought of before, or if you're afraid of people stealing your ideas, make this a private project before launch.

Good luck!

Kind of a pointless thread, but I guess I'll bite.  What makes it different from all the other faucets, because to me it sounds pretty much the same.  None of the things mentioned seem like anything special.

Of the features he mentioned, the only one that might not be so common is the iOS/smartphone support, but even that isn't a big deal to just pull up a browser instead of an app.
