Many forex systems allow you to trade using virtual money. Are there such systems in Bitcoin?

Do they have trading sites that we can use for virtual money as in Forex systems?

if you want bitcoin trading use margin trading same forex system
you can use
1 kraken
2 okcoin
3 bitmex

if you want bitcoin trading in mt4 many broker is support
1 myfxchoise
2 fxopen
3 simplefx
and more

you can use btc-e too, btc-e open service bitcoin trading use meta trader 4, colaboration with fxopen

Try GDAX they provide demo account, I'm sure almost every trading platform somehow offers a demo account to test with virtual(fake) balance.
And actually all the exchanges just show you the numbers and only when you deposit or withdrawal funds they show on block explorers.
Iqoption.com provides demo account as well but no bitcoin last time I checked, eToro.com give it a try or maybe bitfinex.com.

I will update here if I find more interesting services.

An info topic: trading Forex with Bitcoin deposit/withdraw, bitcoin is already virtual and it exists in this form. I have never joined the forex trading so I'm not familiar with it nor through bitcoin but when searching for these websites seems that some of them had short life and were closed within few months or years so it's a bit risky. From my experience I would suggest altcoins trading.
