Does it have to be a web wallet?
Anyway, my standard transaction usually has 1 input and output. (Funds came from 1 address and will be sent to 1 address only)
And my recent fees were:
Electrum : 190bytes @ 80ksat
Greenaddress : 250bytes @ 110ksat
Multibit : 220bytes @ 140ksat

(You could also check out Mocacinnos's fee estimate tool. http://www.mocacinno.com/page/feeestimate)

Hello guys, plz tell me, which bitcoin web wallet is now the minimum commission for send 1 transaction? And what is the commission for sending 1 transaction now?

For your reference, this is the amount I deal with the fee last time (last week):

Coinbase = Around 110,000 Satoshis
XAPO = Around 160,000 Satoshis
Local Wallet = Around 120,000 Satoshis

All are standard fees and set automatically. Not sure for other web wallets.
Looks like this are the most cheap fees wallets. I use Blockchain wallet from the most beginning any the rate of fee is fixed there and it takes 0,00005mBTC, but since the time whe their transactions bacame super slow I'm thinking to change wallet for the next campaign.

After XAPO started introducing a fee for the outgoing transaction their fees are usually higher side compared to other exchanges or online wallets to send coins. Also, they won't allow us to change the fee amount, but you need to choose the two options they provided and is a faster transaction, and another one is for slow, but both of them are generally higher fees. So I have stopped using their wallet for any transactions.

If you're using more then 2 inputs you are risk to pay more to get quickly confirmed your tx.
The commission so it's different... did you know how many inputs are you going to use?
if you want withdraw just with an exchange, don't worry about tx fees (setup is automatically), because they aggregate more tx and issues and unique payout.

I use Hashnest wallet and there the transaction fee is fixed and it's cost 0.00002 BTC which is by my opinion not so much actually.

when sending bitcoin you pay for the space not amount you transfer.
the space is the space your transaction takes up in the bitcoin blocks, which is shown as your transaction size. in normal usage of bitcoin your transaction size should be about 226 bytes and the cost of it will be about 80K satoshi at most (these days irregardless of what websites like https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ say even a 100 s/b transactions will get a fast confirmation but it is best if you pay a higher fee if you want a fast transaction).

in other words it doesn't matter if you are sending 1BTC or 16,000,000BTC you still pay the same amount of fee based on the size in bytes.
