Hey most projects here are community driven. Except projects that are centralised. However, has still community formed but not that strong, probably some tards. I won't name those, you may do a research on it.
I only participated in one community driven coins and it is deeponion.
But eventhough i only participated on one i can say that is one of the most active community in cryptocurrency today.
Just see the increase in numbers of its members currently participating for the airdrop. Not even counting those who still wanted to apply or be part of it...
I know someday this coin is gonna be among those who are in top...

Dash, it has a large international community that is very active with discussing and voting on budget proposals
and is strongly represented on most known media channels like slack, twitter, BCT, reddit etc.
Dash even has an organisation callled Dashforce News that reports crypto news (with a main focus on Dash)
to its community directly and gets its funding straight from the blockchain.
