Check it out yourself in the Service sections. Plenty of managers on this forum offering their services, you can try showing them your proposal - try some of the big ones (trusted members, staff/mods) or smaller ones (no particular trust level but have portfolios).
I know the very biggest ones can charge in percentage of tokens/ICO raised, but in general they all prefer to have fixed amounts PLUS percentage.
Pay for peanuts, you get peanuts. Like every service.
I like peanuts!!! But you are correct if you are working with peanut factory expect that your payment will somewhat the same to peanut butter, peanut brittle and some peanut products, that is how ICO works.
If you're only interested in making peanut butter, and there's nothing wrong with that at all, of course, then of course paying for peanuts is acceptable but really if it's $10 an hour for community management, that's only $200 a week for 20 hours. You're better off doing that on your own, since it's just peanut butter. Save the $200 and get it done nicely.
If you can't afford to manage a community well, then you need volunteers. Volunteers tend to come with belief. So maybe build a project worth believing in. That's how it is in real life too.
