WHat makes a ICO bigger? Large community following or a very good business product???

Telegram following and bounty sizes are signs that ICOs are legit, like theyre saying about http://kora.network ...but is quality of the actual product/service/platform more important?
It needs to be balance,a project without a working product wont achieve success, even they are legit ICOs the product/services will be the reason why these investors will join its ICO,the team has also big impact if the ICO has no credible team members they wont raise good funds because most of investors today are more vigillant.

I have set the criteria for me to decide whether to do this company. This criterion is how well a well-chosen company is and whether advertising is active.

the product is very important a large community is not a sign of success the community is important also but if there is no product behind that can give the community a benefit its worthless

Large community doesnt mean they support it, but if you have really nice product the community will keep growing and always support you. You just have lot of people in your ICO but what you offer them ? some dreaming project that not gonna happend in near time ? So for me the most important thing in ICOs is the product
