Silence, you peasant! How dare you raise your voice to the king of snowflake?

Done replying to peoples shitty counter arguments against me. This post is to inform others and warn them of shady tactics used by gambling sites. (Even though I've never run into a problem like this besides Rollbit) No I am not an alt and have never had an encounter or issue with Rollbit. First thing that comes up when searching Rollbit issues is this forum which is why I newly created my account. I hope this post can save someone their money and headache in the future.

Thank you for your generosity, message is well received. If it wouldn't burden you so much, it'll be very much appreciated if you could lock this thread as there's no case from your side against rollbit, you achieved what you generously tried to do, and message received. This thread no longer serve any purpose

My point in this post is to please please do your research on the site before giving them your funds and I know it was my fault and the risks involved but I’m just happy I was able to get my funds out before it took a dark turn. I highly recommend against playing on Rollbit.

Oh no!
You would have succeeded in spreading FUD if Rollbit was to be a new casino finding a way to establish their presence and reputation in the forum. But the bad news for you is that Rollbit is largely trusted in this forum and they have an active campaign here for more than 2 years in the forum.

I think you have a phobia for scam, I'm not sure what it should be called, maybe Scamophobia  Grin
You were not scammed, just a delay in withdrawal which might be because of multiple withdrawal which you initiated within few days and then you are warning the community.
You may want to investigate the new casinos and give us feedback, it would be better appreciated.

That is why you were told to gamble what you can lost so that it will not pain you whenever you lost fund in a gambling platform. We also thank God that you retrieved your fund. This your information will also help other people to make some research before playing games. And this information is not only on Rollbit and also other gambling platforms.
From your explanation there is no scam or fraudulent related activities because they asked you to wait because your withdrawal period was very short and they have to verify the process before allowing you to do that and you successfully withdraw.

I am not sure I understand you correctly, because I am sure I read your situation wrongly, I read it as follows:

You signed up and played on rollbit for three days, made multiple deposits and withdrawal within that relatively short time span, all successful, and at one point on that third day, your supposed-to-be instant withdrawal because it's in SOL got delayed for two hours, two, with a message telling you to contact support, of which they replied that it is normal and asked you to wait, and they delivered exactly that, namely after two hours, it went through.

Despite the multiple withdrawal in short time span etc., they didn't ask you for KYC or anything, they only asked you to wait, and not for days or even 24 hours. Two hours, as in one, two. And when it went through, you decided that you want to create an account on this forum to warn people to not playing on that platform? Who delivered their words?

I am sure I understand all or at least some of those points wrongly, as your thread is the antithesis of a scam accusation.

They promised you that everything is alright, asked you to wait, and it happened exactly like that. If you've been playing for years, you'll came to an understanding that two hours delay is a simple issue, if not a non-issue. I can't see why you feel the urge to create an account and warn people just because they made you wait for two hours.

If I may be an ass --which already on my personal text, by the way, so I spare you from the need to point it out at me-- I can only think of two possibilities. One, you're an alt of someone who currently have an issue with rollbit and tried to stir the pot even further with an non-existent issue. Two, and I pray to anything divine that it is wrong, you're a special kind of... human who happens to be on Astaroth's speed dial because you two are BFF.

Purely curious if you have ever bought something online. Seeing that the goods' status is being delivered but you need two days for it to arrive in your hand must be... tormenting.

Let me note thats my deposits and withdrawals were in SOL so they theoretically should've been instant (all of them were except this last one) which is why I knew something was up right away. The reason I'm saying 2 hours was a little crazy was because take for instance someone like me that's never ran into and issue with deposits/withdrawals and suddenly am met with the only option being contact support. When contacted support their only response is "normal procedures" now what took 2 hours for them to clear my money? The first thing I searched was Rollbit holding funds and I'm met with tons of post on this forum and people having similar situations. Also I wasn't solely relying on this withdrawal but thousands of dollars is still thousands of dollars I'm sure anyone would've been upset.

So what are you accusing Rollbit of, there's no accusation and your warning is unfounded not because there are complaints you will create a warning sign against Rollbit, some of the complaints are already addressed and some complaints are because of the accusers' fault.
If you're following the rules and you believe that you have not broken any rule there's no need to worry about getting your withdrawal, Rollbit is not in the category of 1XBIT a proven scam casino.

Hey there,

Rollbit handles thousands of withdrawals each day, the majority of which go out almost instantly with only a small amount of these requiring a manual review
This manual review requires a higher member of staff to manually process the withdrawal.

In my personal experience this can take between a few minutes to a few hours and depends as to when the relevant team member can get to the users case.

Sometimes withdrawals may also require an external review, requested by the provider eg; PragmaticPlay or Evolution. For these cases, withdrawals may take a slightly longer period of time however as soon as we receive an update and everything is clarified, Rollbit would be able to process the withdrawal.

Good to hear you received your withdrawal, just wanted to clear up any concerns!

Of course that is the first and important thing for online gamblers to do. But come on, 2 hours of handling is not a long time for averafge gambler to easily jump to the conclusion that this casino is a scam, especially since you already got your money.

Next time, don't rely solely on withdrawing money from online casinos if you are in a pressing situation. Tongue

I’m your most average degenerate crypto gambler. Over all my years I’ve never ever come across the issue I had with Rollbit. I joined the site 3 days ago had multiple deposits, multiple withdraws. Today I decided to withdraw my winnings and was met with the error (Contact support). I contacted support and they told me this is normal procedures and to wait for an update. 2 hours later my withdraw went through. In those 2 hours I’ve never been more sick to my stomach because I started doing research about problems withdrawing from Rollbit and came across numerous reports on this forum. Thank god I was lucky enough that my withdraw went through and maybe is a sign to quit for a little but I straight up told support I will never return to Rollbit after this. Some of the claims I seen from other people on this forum worried me so much and I thought I would be another statistic where my money is just gone like that. My point in this post is to please please do your research on the site before giving them your funds and I know it was my fault and the risks involved but I’m just happy I was able to get my funds out before it took a dark turn. Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

The conclusion is @OP managed to withdraw his money, he scared if Rollbit would scam him since he need to wait for 2 hours Cheesy

Rollbit is one of legit casino, they're not scam. It's true there are numerous scam accusations against them, but they've responded it and the accusers were not satisfied with Rollbit's representative explanation. So it turn to be word vs word, but I still believe Rollbit is right.

Yes exactly I was able to retrieve my funding or this would've been a whole different post but other users are not fortunate enough to be in the position I had which is why I made my post. I'm sure some people here would actually appreciate me posting my experience with the site for future knowledge. With those 2 hours I had of not receiving my funding I was able to decide that I never want to play on Rollbit again with the amount of issues other users are facing. Hopefully this can maybe prevent other people from having to go through those situations.

What exactly is the main objective of your post? You deposited your funds into Rollbits, go a notification to contact support, and after contacting them you got your funds and withdrew your money back without any other issues.

This thread would have been more appropriate if perhaps you were unable to get your funds or were asked to go through some complex process like being asked to submit your personal information that you never planned to do in other to get your funds back. But fortunately, nothing like that happened.

The only thing I see here is you had a panic attack after making a deposit on Rollbits and being asked to contact their support team, that's all I got from your post.

This is exactly my purpose of this post. No one cares unless I wasn't actually able to retrieve my funds. Yea I was fortunate enough to get them back but clearly with similar post Rollbit indulges in shady practices that I never knew about until it almost happened to myself. For others it is not as easy and simple as it was for me. People with way more funds than I had stuck had theirs completely ripped from them. It wasnt as quick as just contacting support either. I stated this whole process took a little over 2 hours with no update or reason besides "standard procedures" which makes no sense. I've gambled on numerous sites and have never ran across this situation.

I'm not trying to attack Rollbit I'm just suggesting people do their research or atleast have other peoples history with them so they don't end up with a situation like mine or others for example.

In other words, you've got a paranoia that you can't even imagine by a simple site error, and even though you have obtained your funds you recommend against Rollbit?

Go to sleep. And quit gambling.

Not some “simple site error”. No other major online casino has “simple” errors and clearly not by the amount of reports of Rollbit on this forum. Yes even though I obtained my funds I am still recommending AGAINST Rollbit because of their shady practices that I’ve seen reported. I believe anyone that has a withdraw being withheld against them would form some sort of “paranoia” as you liked to call it but it really isn’t fun to experience.
