I don't see any reference to Betnomi's site anywhere. It looks like a general advertisement but no website or link is mentioned? I don't understand why this is immediately flagged as a scam. There's a chance that the OP dis mention the name of the site in the subject before edited his message as shown in the below image and the mistake Betnomi did is not archive the message as an evidence.

The goal of this competition is too predict correct outcome (1x2) for all 10 matches on any given Champions League match day. This competition is sponsored by jurainpola and will hopefully run for some time so you have your chance to win the prizes every week.

Prizes:
10 correct outcomes – 1 BTC on youri account
9 correct outcomes – 500 USD on your account
8 correct outcomes – 300 USD on your account
